I hope you enjoyed this case study This project more than any other convinced me that through challenging the norm (& rhetoric) viable alternatives & opportunities do exist! At the start of this project finding alternatives to foam required thermal tests, leak proof, water proof. The reality is that Cold Chain technology (chilled trucks) answered the thermal question! Put simply (foam EPS) had been over compensating to their needs for over 2 decades With the scope clarified, the supplier saw an opportunity to not only comply with sustainability trends, but also to be the first in his industry to do so. Not a bad way to secure business Be it Environment, Technology, Economy, or Social, it s a changing world.
