Arrivals at school in the afternoon. Get together with host students.
Our parents will pick up your students at 17.00 (we’ll manage with them if you
arrive later don’t worry).
Friday 16th May 2014
8.30 Beginning of school
Official welcome of all the guests and students
9.30 Guided tour through Le Beausset and typical Provencal market
11.00 Official welcome in the Townhouse by the Major
13.00 Lunch at our school canteen (provided by our school)

2. 14.00 – 16.00 Living Paintings workshops
16.00 – 17.30 Students will prepare the European Open evening with all our
hosted families. Niels and Jose for the song
17.30 – 20.00 European Open evening at school
Students will stay the weekend (saturday and sunday) with their hosted
families.

9.00-12.00 Sustainable development workshops
12.30-15.00 Walk and picnic to Le Beausset Vieux all together (students and
teachers picinic provided by our school)
15.00-17.00 Discovery workshop “Pétanque” (traditional Provencal game)
