3.  Part 1: You can access our syllabus
online in Angel. It includes the basic
info for the course, like the books and
the schedule for the semester. If
something happens in class , like we
don’t get to finish everything that was
planned so something is moved to the
next class, you will need to make note
of the update since I will not change
the syllabus.

4.  Part 2: The Ground Rules are part of the
syllabus. They are available on my
website and in the syllabus in your
Angel course on the home page. It is
your responsibility to read, understand
and follow the Ground Rules. The
syllabus as a whole constitutes a
contract that you agree to follow
when you are in a course.

6.  Course grade = Weighted Averages
 To pass the course, you must earn an
weighted average of 70% (C-). The
weighted averages mean that some
assignments are worth more credit
toward your course grade than others.
See your syllabus for the details for your
course.
 Any extra credit that I may offer will be
“extra,” meaning it will not replace
missing, required assignments. I will not
give someone extra credit work to “help”
him or her pass the course at the end of
the semester.
