3. Search on google“kleopatrapgp download”

4. Click download

5. Click download again

6. Choose the install language

7. The start will begin and click next till finish

8. Click finish to terminate the install

9. Click on “new certificate”

10. Click on the first:”Create a personal OpenPGP key pair”

11. Complete the fields and click next

12. Click “Create Key”

13. Put a password

14. Put again the password

15. Click finish to generate the key

16. Enter in Outlook->Tools->Account settings->New…

17. Complete all fields and click next

18. Wait till the server is configuring mail account and click finish

19. Enter in Tools->Trust Center->E-mail security and mark the first

20. Click new email, enter in Add-Ins and mark first for encrypting message. Send it and Good Luck
