When you turn 18 in Slovenia, you become legally responsible for your own actions and mistakes. You can also get your full driving license, stay out unlimited hours, and purchase alcohol and tobacco products. For those under 18, parents are responsible for their children, and minors must be home by 11pm, can get a provisional license at 16 under supervision, and are prohibited from buying or using alcohol and cigarettes.

3. Legal rights When you turn 18 you are legally an adult. When you turn 18 you are responsable for all your mistakes. If you are under age your parents are responsable for you.

4. Driving license You can get your driving license when you are 18. When you are 16 you can get your driving license under condition that you are under the supervision of the adult who has had his license for more than 5 years

5. Staying outside If you are underage you can stay out till 11 o’clock. If you are 18 you can stay outside for unlimited time.

6. Alcohol and cigarets You can’t buy alcoholic drinks or tobacco producs untill you are 18. You can’t drink alcohol drinks in public places. You can’t smoke cigarets in bars or restaurants. In Slovenia you can’t buy alcohol beverages after 9 o’ clock.
