                                                          Obstacles and more generally as
                                                          Lord of Beginnings and Lord of
                                                          Obstacles , patron of arts and
                                                          sciences, and the deva of intellect
                                                          and wisdom.

                                                                    “Thulliam” துல்லியம in
                                                                    Tamil means precision or
                                                                    exactness
