rules
o Perform Serial or Parallel Approvals
o Additional options in Parallel Approvals such as “First Responder Wins” and
”Consensus”

than $2,000”, approval is required from two levels of the manager hierarchy.
RMA Approval
Rule: For the Item “STD-ITEM-01” and “Return Quantity greater than 3”,
approval is required from any one person in two levels of the manager
hierarchy. In other words, “First Responder Wins”.
