leveraging Oracle Approval Management (AME) capabilities
 The following inherent capabilities of AME are now available in Order
Management approval processes:
o Use seeded and custom attributes to create AME conditions and rules
o Dynamically determine the list of approvers based on AME conditions and
rules
o Perform Serial or Parallel Approvals
o Additional options in Parallel Approvals such as “First Responder Wins” and
”Consensus”

 Quote Approval
Rule: For the customer “XX Universal Card” and “Order Amount greater
than $2,000”, approval is required from two levels of the manager hierarchy.
 RMA Approval
Rule: For the Item “STD-ITEM-01” and “Return Quantity greater than 3”,
approval is required from any one person in two levels of the manager
hierarchy. In other words, “First Responder Wins”.
