2. Question 1
 Does government plan to raise the price of KG Basin gas to $16
per unit? If you become the prime minister, will you raise the
price of gas to $16 per unit?
 This Question is based on hype..Indian government Paid $20
per unit to foreign nation or Import Gas Plus Transport expense.
 When India government asked to pay Own country Company or
Public Company (ONGC) that amount. All are angry on
it..Indian company (Private or Public) paid their Tax to Govern-
ment , Not get on Imported Gas
 Why some are not Maintaining Equality. exploitation on own
people or company..because they provide employment to own
people. Price should be paid on the basis of International Mar-
ket. Not asking for cheaper and stop an investment from own
people.

3. Question 2
 Is it true that your government is buying solar energy at
Rs. 13 per unit, and that without inviting tenders? MP and
Karnataka buy solar power at Rs. 7.5 per unit and Rs. 5.5
per unit after inviting tenders, so why is your government
buying electricity (solar power) at such high price?
 Mr Modi already spoke to public about buying Rs. 13 per
Unit. That's why Gujarat got Asia biggest Solar plan.
 We need to promote investment on eco-friendly electricity.
 He already explained to public. When Electricity is going
surplus then it will reduce price automatically. We have to
think about promoting eco-friendly company to innovate a
such technique to reduce price of it.

4. Question 3
 You claim that agriculture growth rate in Gujarat is 11%, but by your
own government's estimates in 2006-2007 agricultural production in
the state was Rs. 27,815 crore. In 2012-2013, agricultural production
fell to Rs. 25,908 crore. This means agricultural production has fallen
in Gujarat during your tenure and the annual agricultural growth rate is
-1.18% (sic). How do you then claim agriculture growth rate is 11%?
 This is totally rubbish question on Agriculture Growth.
 Unicef India Claimed Gujarat Agriculture Growth is more than Double
an Average India Agriculture Growth for last two decade.
 As per public Knowledge, Gujarat is trying to promote Drip Irrigation
technology and Promoting on the research or innovation on Agricul-
ture. Farmer of Gujarat have been tried various technology to do farm-
ing and continuously succeed.
 Government celebrates Krushi Mahostav (Agriculture Festival ) Vil-
lage to Village and Provide Knowledge of Soil Management, Seeds
and Other Techniques.

5. Question 4
 In the last 10 years almost two-third small industries have shut down in Gujarat. We
found that in a small place like Mehsana alone 140 of the 187 small industrial units have
shut down. Under such circumstances, what is your model for development? Will you
shut down all small, medium industries in the country and hand over industry in the
country to select business houses?
 Small Industries are shifting to rural areas due to 24/7, 365 non interrupt Electricity to vil-
lage
 Gujarat Government are working hard on re-establish hand-loom industry. There is a
couple of Circumstance on these industries and these industries over the world can not
stand on competitive market. Government are trying their best to re-establish
 There are so many Yojana or policy going on.

6. Question 5
 You claim that there is no corruption in Gujarat, but people in towns
and villages told us that there is rampant corruption in all government
departments. People have to pay bribes to get BPL cards, avail gov-
ernment schemes or make licensees How do you then claim that
there is no corruption in Gujarat?
 There is corruption all over the world. But, Gujarat are far better than
other state and Government keeps trying to reduce Corruption by us-
ing technology in Administration. People are easily get their BPL
cards and others schemes. There is BPL cards Scam But Investiga-
tion is going on it...Involved People get punishment by court or law.

7. Question 6
 At least two of your ministers are accused of involvement in fi-
nancial scams? Couldn't you find honest persons for your min-
istry among 6 crore Gujarati’s?
 There is Scam blame on Ministers. People of Gujarat know
about it But there is investigation going on and if they found
guilty. They can resign on their post before Government fired
them.
 People get corruption charge are not guilty. Anyone can say
corruption charge on anyone. Need to prove in court

8. Question 7
 Would you like to comment on your rela-
tionship with businessman Mukesh Am-
bani?
 Yes, Every Gujarati have a relation with Ambani. He
is from Gujarat and he is well known person in Gu-
jarat. Any Government has relation with their people.
Mukesh Ambani is well wisher of Gujarat & India. He
can provide employment and do bussiness. Every
Business man can do business and make relation to
anyone. There is no law to stop relationship among
industrialist of nation

9. Question 8
 Recently, 13 lakh people applied for 1,500 junior-level
government posts in Gujarat. How do you then claim that
there is no unemployment in the state?
 Young people still have an interest on government Job. Young people
are trying to serve nation by working within Government Body.
Gujarati are always interested on business.people of Gujarat are get-
ting smarter. There are so many villages in Gujarat. People are doing
farming with Government job. There are so many teachers who are
doing farming.

10. Question 9
 Young people employed by your government on contract are
paid a mere Rs. 5,300 monthly? Can an educated, self-respect-
ing person survive on Rs. 5,300?
 Gujarat is only state who tried to employ more young people on
School. After Teacher training, They need to suit an environ-
ment within field. During vidhyasahayak (Teaching assistant)
Post, They can get Rs. 5300 Monthly and get an experience on
teaching profession. the best teacher can teach best Policy.
Year by year they get more and after 5 years they got Full
Amount of Salary. Meanwhile they are an advance in teaching.
 Government is planning to export teacher and it is an essential
to improve quality of Teaching in Teacher by Experience

11. Question 10
 Do you accept that it is the government's responsibility to provide good educa-
tion to the country's poor? We have traveled across Gujarat's villages and
towns in the last few days. Gujarat's government schools are in a poor state.
We have also found colleges where there are only three teachers including
the principal for 600 children. With such education system, how can the coun-
try progress?
 This is totally wrong. In Gujarat, Government focuses more on education than
else. Government declared to celebrate Child First Day of School and Chief
Minister himself went to home to home and take children to school.
 Gujarat is only state that they got Petroleum University, Forensic University,
Law University, Marine University ..etc
 Every12 to 20 villages, there is one ITI college ( Skilled Development College)

12. Question 11
 Do you accept that a government's responsibilities include providing good healthcare ser-
vices? Government health services are crippled in the entire state. There is corruption every-
where. In many villages, the primary health centers are shut, lying in ruins. In hospitals at
taluka and district-levels, more than half of the posts are vacant. Those who are there, they
don't come. The hospitals do not have medicines. Under such circumstances, why are you
making claims of providing good health services in Gujarat before the entire country?
 This question is total baseless. In Gujarat, PHC is in Good condition. Mr Khas Adami have
seen shut PHS. That's right because there are so many PHC shifted to new areas and get
new Building. Government focused PHC camp monthly on Rural Areas. There are so many
NGOs' work with Government to aware public Health.
 Who informed about The hospitals do not have medication. Gujarat Pharmaceutical pro-
duced so many Medicine and have good chain of medicine distribution.

13. Question 12
 Farmers throughout Gujarat are unhappy with your government. He gets less
than what he spends for his produce because on minimum support price, your
government has been ignoring him. Farmers are being forced to commit sui-
cide. In the last few years, 800 farmers have committed suicide in Gujarat and
you have stopped all subsidies which were given to farmers.
 Farmers of Gujarat are more happier than other state. They tried a new
technology to do farming. Government gave various subsidies scheme on
Farming...drop Irrigation, Organic Farming...etc
 Farmer of Gujarat exported vegetables and milk products to other state and
countries


14. Question 13
 You are going around the country saying your government has taken
electricity to villages. We have found that 4 lakh farmers applied for electricity
connection to your government for years, but they are not getting it. When you
are not even giving connection to farmers, then why are you making hollow
claims on providing electricity?
 Government of Gujarat are trying to reduce the use of geo water to pump out.
Government have various scheme to get solar energy, wind energy for their
farmer
 Government is trying to promote conservation of water to use of Farming (like,
Khet-Talavadi, Check Dam ..etc)..Some parts of Gujarat have Narmada canal
for farming.
 Government provides electric connection for farmer after 1999 on base of
source of Water. If they have no option to use conservative water. They can
get connection of electricity.
 Gujarat have already given so many connection of electricity (Million) before
1999. Government work out on basis of sources of water..Because All river
are connected and made good network..need to focus on technique than un-
necessary Geo-water Pump.

15. Question 14
 Under your government, the land of farmers is being snatched away and you are giving
them to your favorite industrialists at throwaway prices. In this, many farmers have not
been given compensation. To those farmers whom you have paid compensation, the
amount is way less than the market rate. You have snatched away farmers' land and
given them to industrialists such as Adani and Ambani at the rate of Rs. 1 per square
metre. Why? Why is your government so heartless towards farmers?
 Government of Gujarat gave market value money to Farmer who sold their non
agriculture land to industries. After Industries, The Land price is hiked and that benefit
got all farmers.
 Government of Gujarat gave non agriculture land on lease not for sale to promote
industrialization for solving unemployment problem and get extra revenue
 Farming is not only solution to provide employment, need to think ahead and make
decision for youth.
 There is the biggest problem in India is unemployment if you do not attract industry, you
did not provide employment. Government of Gujarat think ahead. (People of Gujarat do
not want anything Free But want an employment and buy from their own money , not
looking for Free)

16. Question 15
 The height of Narmada Dam was raised in 2005 to provide water to
the people of Kutch for drinking and farming. But, even eight years
later, the people of Kutch have not got water. This water was given to
some of your favourite industrialists. Why this discrimination against
the people of Kutch?
 I don't Know who told him about Water problem. Gujarat was one of the state
who faced so many Water Crisis and all Government of Gujarat tried their best
to solve problem. Government of Gujarat Keep trying to say Central Gov.to
put Gate on Narmada Dam So Every Part of Gujarat get Water But Some Par-
ty (Like Congress and Medha Patkar - Candidate of AAP..against Narmada
Dam Height).
 Government already established Water Pipeline Network to provide Water To
Kutch and Sauvarat. Delaying Gate on Narmada Dam waste revenue each
year. Narmada Dam is Central Project But Only Gujarat Government focuses
on it and spend money on it.

17. Question 16
 You had said in Punjab that the land of Sikhs living in Kutch,
Gujarat, will not be snatched away. The truth is your govern-
ment has moved court to take away the land of Sikh families.
Why don't you take back this case?
 The land was seized from people who did not have proper
records of being farmers. It is not only Sikhs but some Gujarati
as well. There is no Discrimination on People in Gujarat.
 (Discrimination like Ex-CM of Delhi allowed Free Electricity bill
who did not Paid Bill During JanLokpal Aandolan,But Rest of
People got Nothing)

18. Question 17
 You move around in private helicopters and aircraft. How many such
aircraft/choppers do you have? Who do they belong to? How much do you pay
for these aircraft/choppers? Or, does someone else pay for them? Why don't
you make your air travel expenses public?
 There is no Comment on this Question because it is pointless
 If CM can travel by Bus, Train or Road, But he need to think about Traffic
Problem to People (Aam Adami) (E.g: Ex-CM of Delhi Traveled on Metro and
Public got Problem to travel)
 Government of Gujarat publishes their Travel expenses to public regularly and
give answer to Assembly as well.
