Jones Rd, Suite B Houston, TX 77065. (6m*13m
=19.6feet*42.6feet)
• Greeting Coffee and bakery is based for
commuter and neighborhood.
• We severed coffee, Smoothie, Italian Soda, and
bakery.
• The only café shop over there

Profit and Lose
• Income of coffee: at least 240 cups of coffee
are sold everyday and the cost of one cup is
3$.
• The total income of coffee is 21,600$ for one
month.
• Income of donut: 200 of donuts are sold
everyday and the cost of it is 1$ each. So the
total income of donut is 6,000$ for one
month. And other bakery can get around
3000$ for one month.
Profit and Lose (cont…)
• Expend for Revenue 2500$, electricity 500$,
staff salary 5650$, coffee bean 2160$, Flour
and ingredient 1100$, other material 500$
and advertising 250$.
• Total Expend for one month is 12,660$.
• Total income for one month 30,600$
• So our income for one month is 15,896$
• And in one year our income will be up to
190,752$.
Break Event
• We have 5 shareholder and for one share is
20,000$. Total of our capital is 100,000$,
and our first investment is 71,025$ and we
still have another 28,975$ for reserve fund.
• So we believed that we will break our event
within 5 month.
All in all, Coffee is the best drink for all kind
of people ages nowadays. Coffee can make people
feel fresh in the morning when they’re drink just a
cup of it. Also many night time workers, they’re
prefer drinking coffee to drinking other energy
drink.

(6m*13m =19.6feet*42.6feet) • Greeting Coffee and bakery is based for commuter and neighborhood. • We severed coffee, Smoothie, Italian Soda, and bakery. • The only café shop over there • Provide the unique taste and service

Profit and Lose • Income of coffee: at least 240 cups of coffee are sold everyday and the cost of one cup is 3$. • The total income of coffee is 21,600$ for one month. • Income of donut: 200 of donuts are sold everyday and the cost of it is 1$ each. So the total income of donut is 6,000$ for one month. And other bakery can get around 3000$ for one month.

Profit and Lose (cont…) • Expend for Revenue 2500$, electricity 500$, staff salary 5650$, coffee bean 2160$, Flour and ingredient 1100$, other material 500$ and advertising 250$. • Total Expend for one month is 12,660$. • Total income for one month 30,600$ • So our income for one month is 15,896$ • And in one year our income will be up to 190,752$.

  • 23. Break Event • We have 5 shareholder and for one share is 20,000$. Total of our capital is 100,000$, and our first investment is 71,025$ and we still have another 28,975$ for reserve fund. • So we believed that we will break our event within 5 month.

  • 25. All in all, Coffee is the best drink for all kind of people ages nowadays. Coffee can make people feel fresh in the morning when they’re drink just a cup of it. Also many night time workers, they’re prefer drinking coffee to drinking other energy drink. If you are a night worker or you need to stay late at night, Try our coffee!!!
