Today we discussed Japan and the emphasis that the people put on education. For details, you may look
back into your two-column notes from today. The question that I would like for you to argue for or
against is, do you think that the United States should have students attend school more than the 180 days
that they already do? In your response you must choose either yes you agree, or no you disagree. Please
do not answer both! It is also very important that you back up your response with good reasons and
