procedure/Requirement
 Inspection of the work area togetherwith Supervisor prior to start day's activities.
 Arrange proper and scheduled program to ensure the Safety of all equipment by acquiring tag from the
Client/Contractor. Ensure all Work force are Supplied with adequate and proper PPE and ensure proper
usage.
 Educate all Employees on the proper usage of PPE, Specific or General Participate all the Safety
Meeting and inform Employees and Management about the issues discussed.
 Specifications to all Safety & Fire Equipment.
 Recording and analysis of information of injuries, damage and property loss.
 Planning and Managing periodical inspections & maintenance schedule.
 Safety audit on site, instruction and training the company and contractorstaff.
 Checking and monitoring the Scaffolding tag system.
 Before leaving the job site, make sure that all unfinished job such as open pit, overhead and other must
have safety precaution of signboard and caution /barricade tape to avoid accidents.
