and material loading Transhippers.

 Micro level planning and scheduling of Maintenance of Beneficiation Plant.

Project Planning & Execution
 Executed the erection and commissioning of two 750 TPH dry plant APPL1B and APPL1C at Amona.
 Executed the erection and commissioning of two 350 TPH wet plant COPL2A and COPL4A at Codli.
 To handle the complete project operations entailing planning, resource utilization, quality
management and manpower management.
 Made Mining, Processing Plant, River Logistic, Road Logistic and Shipping Model to calculate optimized
resources required.
 Worked as Safety coordinator for reconstruction of Blast Furnace (173 m3
).

 Executed the COPL2A and COPL4A project within deadlines as a team member.
 Completed the Annual maintenance job at Amona within record time and suggested and executed
design changes to run the dry plant in monsoon season and got GM Kitty award for the same.
 Made video of Safe working at Plant for training of employees.
 Benchmarked the OEE across all units of SESA IOG (Iron Ore Goa).
 Conducted Value Stream Mapping for Subunits and came up with new improvement ideas.
