Situation
Prior to Versaic, Valeant had a system in place to manage IIS and CME requests, however it was
ineffective and cumbersome. Both IIS and CME grants have their own area of focus and criteria for
support, with an overall goal of making the biggest impact possible with the dollars invested. In
