• The Cathedral of
Saint Mary is
located in Girona,
Spain.
• The Cathedral was
completed in the
18th century.

• Before come in into
the cathedral you
have to go up 90
steps

• It’s the widest
nave in the world
with a withd of
22 meters.

5. The bell tower
• The Bell tower is at
the right corner of
the façade. It has 6
bells.
• At the top of the
bell tower there is
an angel called
Miquel.

called Beneta.

cloister.

windows.

• It’s a gargoyle
• It is in one of the
walls of the
cathedral.
• The legend says that
she throw stones
and her punishment
was converting in
stone

• In The cathedral there
is a museum.
• You can find the
trapestry of cretion.
• You can see lots of old
and important things.
