People, who are in the process of
changing their diets, choose vegetarianism
as it is very beneficial to live a healthy life.
Being a vegetarian can be due to health
benefits or environmental benefits.
This diet helps the people to live longer
and healthier or helps in preserving the
natural resource of this world.
It is proven in research that this type of
diet can reduce the risk of cancer, and
other degenerative diseases like diabetes
and obesity.
Here are the different kinds of
vegetarians:
lacto-ovo vegetarian
eats no meat, but will eat dairy
products (milk, butter, cheese)
and eggs
ovo-vegetarian
eats eggs, but no meat or dairy
products
vegan
avoids eating meat or animal
products
