Worked as Truck Engine Product Support Manager, for Caterpillar dealer in Venezuela. Directed
technical programs to support Caterpillar engine family 3116 and 3126 installed on GM’s Kodiak
trucks. Addressed warranty administration and audits for Venezuela and Colombia. Provided
training to dealers personnel taking advantage of Internet warranty claiming and technical support
