Valentine & Kebartas, Inc. began in 1994 when Bob Kebartas, Senior Vice President of Operations for an International collection agency and Cheryl Valentine, Vice President of Sales for an International collection agency, decided to start their own company. Cheryl and Bob built Valentine & Kebartas around the concept of having constant communication with their clients all while maintaining stellar performance.
