EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This proposal is in response to the invite for TAG Vendors Empanelment Program 2015 from
client regarding Permanent staffing, Contract Staffing & other recruitment related services. This
proposal would serve to elucidate our offerings under Value Added Services that we offer along
with our conventional recruitment services.
This proposal encloses all the services & assistance that are projected to the client, with the aim
to facilitate their Talent Acquisition Network by laying emphasis on below mentioned key points:
 To bring India’s best talent and brightest professionals for their business.
 Cost & time effective recruitment solutions.
 By discussing, defining & designing infallible staffing & recruitment solutions to
customary problems faced by the HR department.
 To enable the HR department to operate more efficiently & economically.
WHAT IS OFFERED IN THIS PROPOSAL?
Through this proposal, Kanban Infosystem is offering Value Added Services to the client over an
above the core services that we will be offering. These services will not be charged to the client.
We have a series of services that we have been offering to our clients over and above the core
recruitment services. This proposal intends to take you through the services in the subsequent
sections.
Other than the VAS, we also intend to offer Kanban Assessment Framework (KAF) – a scientific
framework designed to target the best in class candidates suiting client needs.
Kanban Assessment Framework represents “high touch” approach that we believe is the key
towards finding the right profile for the requisite position or augmentation.
Kanban strives to adopt and customize this framework as per the client
requirements.
KANBAN ASSESSMENT FRAMEWORK – KANBAN’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
KanBan Assessment Framework is a scientific framework that aims at selecting the best
candidate for our clients on the basis of their specific hiring requirements. The framework is
based upon a scientific matrix system called Analytical Hierarchy Process that has been adopted
from the statisticians at Harvard Business School.
HOW DOES KAFTM WORKS FOR YOU?
Kanban Assessment Framework helps to screen the sourced candidates so as to substantiate
whether they satisfy the client specific requirement or not. KAF simplifies the hassles related to
the basic deciding parameters that are required to evaluate the fitment of any candidate for any
position or augmentation on the basis of the following factors:
 Technical skills of the candidate ( as defined by the client )
 Soft skills comprising overall communication, self-awareness, confidence level along
with team & inter-personal behavior of the candidate.
 How far the candidate is culturally best-fit or misfit, which is gauged on the basis of his
adaptability, motivation level, attitude & reason behind changing the job/organization.
 Discrete calculation is performed on the assigned scores in each category.
 To end with, on the basis of the skill-set preference of client the candidates are been
analyzed & assessed.
MASTER SERVICE PROVIDER
Kanban Infosystem strives to act as the blanket service provider for the client taking away your hassles of
having to co-ordinate with multiple vendors at all levels. You will have the luxury of dealing with a Single
Point of Contact for all your hiring needs. This takes away the hassles from the Admin, Finance and
invoicing department as these stakeholders will also deal one assigned SPOC from Kanban Infosystem at
all times. We envision this system to work in the following three-fold manner as shown in the diagram
below:
RECRUITMENT OUTSOURCE (RPO) PARTNER
Kanban Infosystem will also act as an RPO partner to the client at various junctures of the hiring. This will
be over and above any permanent hiring that Kanban will conduct for the client. Kanban Infosystem will
take up this role during one or more conditions, a few of which are mentioned as below:
 The client is planning to hire for select niche skills that it wants to outsource as a different
department outside of the main organization but as part of its extended organization with
Kanban Infosystem
 The client is planning to hire a select candidate on a fixed term contract and not on their payroll
 The client is not sure regarding a candidate’s performance as a permanent employee and wants
to test the candidate as part of its extended organization with Kanban Infosystem.
OUR POOL OF OFFBEAT VALUE ADDED SERVICES
Apart from our usual manpower services, we do render a diversified range of Value Added
Services, to help our client perform their tasks proficiently & competently. Listing below few
Value Added Services that we currently offer along with our conventional recruitment services:
 Reference check of the candidate:
Prior to candidate joining the organization we assure our client, a fail-safe reference
check of the candidate from three sources:
1. A reporting manager/boss from last served organization.
2. A colleague from last served organization.
3. An HR person from last organization authenticates the entire ref-check details.
 Database maintenance of sourced candidates:
We maintain a secure & fool-proof database of all the new/old candidates sourced by us
to the client on the basis of their rejection, appointment, back-out, joining, designation,
location, salary package, feedback on their skill-set, misfit or over-qualified etc.
This in turn, acts as a guide to us for future reference on similar profile. We run analytics
on this data from time to time to interpret the liking for select candidates from our client
which further helps us in getting on the same page as our client
 Salary negotiation with candidates:
We will not only help you source the candidates at you expected budget but our
recruitment professionals, with their strong convincing skills, diligently strive to bring the
best talent from the industry at an optimal cost. By this, we comply with our promise of
providing cost-effective manpower solution.
 Assisting the client during offer rollout procedures:
Our dedicated SPOC/Client relationship manager constantly stays in touch with both, the
candidate as well as client to carry out the formalities & procedures during offer-roll out
to the selected applicant. We can also provide end-to-end offer rollout service if
required.
 Discussing & framing salary annexure:
We assist our clients during the framing of salary annexure of the newly hired candidates.
This service is entirely customizable as per the client requirement & need.
 Dedicated SPOC on premise during the time of walk-in drives:
We do understand the chaos that occurs during the time of walk-in drives. To save time,
and adequately manage the interviews, our dedicated SPOC will always be available at
the drive site to assist your HR personnel(s).
 Manage your peak-season hiring in streamlined fashion
Apart from the regular recruitment/staffing services rendered by us, we have in place
proper strategies & recruitment models depending upon peak periods, seasonal
requirements or new growth related assignment. We have enough bandwidth, portals
and rich database to churn out quick requirements during crunch times.
