Affinity wall
We used the Affinity wall as a research tool which helped to visualize connections
between the data gathered from Contextual inquiries.
•“I prefer doing something not just talking” – Pakistani, 23, Male
•“In café, I prefer chatting and playing video games with friends for example Xbox and
PlayStation with friends” – Spanish, 21, Male
•“I think café is a good place not just because people can interact but also because such
interaction can be useful in various matters from getting some information about the
campus to study related” – Pakistani, 26, Male
•“My attention can be drawn by something unusual and interesting happening around”
– Bangladesh, 27, Male
•“I kill time and enjoy a coffee between lesson at the café” – Czech, 26, Female
