Age Limit : 28 years as on 31/01/2011 No. of Post & Reservation : 10 (SC-02, ST-02,

Qualification First class in B.E. /B.Tech / M.Tech / M.E. or equivalent Mechanica l /
Electrical /
Electronics from a recognized University / Institute.
For HRM – Two years full time MBA in Human Resource Management or
Personnel Management & Industrial relations or Two years full time PG
Diploma in Human Resource Management or Personnel Management and
Industrial Relations or equivalent from a recognized and reputed university /
institute with First class. Candidates studying in the Final Year may also be
considered for training, provided they get atleast 60% or more (aggregate
marks till the Last semester) as decided by the Management. However
before joining the Company they should complete their final year in 1st class.
Candidates will be shortlisted for calling for written test based on their
performance/result/grading/ percentage as declared by the respective
University. The selected candidate will undergo “On the Job training” for a
period of one year which may be extended if necessary. They will be placed in
a scale of Rs. 16400-40500 or its equivalent as revised from time to time for one
year. On satisfactory completion of the training and on absorption in the Assistant
Manager grade (subject to availability of vacancies) they will be given one increment
in the scale.

General The upper age limit in respect of vacancies reserved for Schedule Caste and Schedule
Tribe is relaxable by 05 years and Other Backward Classes (Non- creamy layer) is
2. relaxable by 03 years. Incase of Physically Challenged candidates and Ex-servicemen
the age relaxation will be as per Government rules.
(a) Benefits for posts such as DA, HRA and other allowances as
applicable to the grade as per rules.
(b) Candidates, applying for the post at Sl. No. 01 & 02, having more
experience in the relevant field and otherwise fulfilling the eligibility
criteria may be considered for age relaxation at the discretion of the
Management.
(c) Candidates applying for the post at Sr.No. 01 & Sr.No. 02 must
possess minimum 02 years experience in the immediate lower grade.
(d) Candidates working in Govt. /Quasi Government/Public Sector
Undertaking/ Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channel
or produce “No Objection Certificate” at the time of interview
without which the candidates will not be interviewed.
(e) Management reserves the right to raise the eligibility criteria for
shortlisting the applications.
(f) Outstation candidates called for the interview for the post at Sr. No.
01 & 02 will be reimbursed II AC fare and for post at Sr.No. 03, the
candidates qualified and appearing for interview will be reimbursed
To & Fro Sleeper class Train fare/ bus fare by the shortest route on
production of proof of journey as per rules of the Company. Payment
of traveling allowance for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates to appear for a
written test will be made as per the Govt. guidelines in vogue.
(g) The Govt. directives on reservation for SC/ST/OBC/ PWD/Ex-
servicemen will be strictly followed.
