Vertrieb und Service - "interkulturelle Kontakte"

Die große geographische Distanz zwischen Lieferanten und Kunden und die
besonderen Marktbedingungen in Ostasien erfordern den sorgfältigen Aufbau eines
effektiven Vertriebs- und Service-Netzes in der Region. Schon in den ersten
Verkaufsgesprächen wird meist deutlich wie stark das Interesse asiatischer Kunden
am Know-how westlicher Technologien ist. Dieser Prozess des Wissenstransfers ist
aufgrund der großen kulturellen Unterschiede beider Seiten schwierig und langwierig,
jedoch ist er ebenso wichtig und unerläßlich wie die enge und persönliche Betreuung
des Kunden nach Verkaufsabschluss.

Seit 1984 sammeln wir intensiv Erfahrungen beim Aufbau von Vertriebs- und
Service-Netzen im gesamten Wirtschaftsraum Fernost. Inzwischen verfügen wir nicht
nur in Südostasien sondern auch in der V.R. China über ein Netzwerk äußerst
wertvoller Kontakte. Sie sind Gewähr für eine effiziente branchen- und
produktübergreifende Markbearbeitung.
