Originating from Yangon (Myanmar), Khemka Timber
is a 60 years old, third generation family owned
company. It is reputed as a reliable supplier of quality
wooden and plywood related products to the new
construction industry.
In 1990, Tufwud developed the widely successful
‘Tufwud’- seasoned and treated wood with a 10 years
replacement guarantee, an industry first. In 2005,
KTPL launched Tufwud Firedoors-highly innovative,
wooden one-hour and two-hours rated fire check
doors. Since then, the company is developing other
scientific products in the fire-safety segment as well as
other specially segments.
