We are isolating ourselves by overusing social media and technology. While social networks allow us to stay connected with friends, we are losing touch with reality and spending less quality time with family and in real social interactions. On social media, people often portray themselves differently than they are in real life by only posting positive images and opinions. We gain fake popularity and praise online but lose meaningful relationships and experiences in the real world by prioritizing social media over real social activities. While social networks have benefits, we must be careful not to become too dependent on technology at the expense of human connection and experiences.

Impact of social networking technology in general is already an obvious fact, we are dependent
on technology,we cant do without facebook.the worst of all of this is that we are lossing
ourselves in our changing society and real life technological equipment, unconscious and without
a soul.Today we do not go to a coffee that has no wireless. Our feeders, the time when we come,
we come to places where all of us defines the Internet today ....
The time we spend on social networks,never seems enough.Social networks is not enough for us,
although we stand for hours online. It's odd,right? When we are on facebook we forget the time
and reality do not exist around us. although with are not being ourselve.On facebook we are
somebody else,although pictures can be ours again our character created in fb it's different of our
personality.Someone would definitely say no, that facebook is true, that is a reflection of the life
and activity of different individuals. there are a lot of people that facebook see as accompanying
them, it actually gives us a kind of society that never lives us alone.it has been proven that most
people use facebook and other social networks to avoid loneliness. Many of us see Facebook as
something useful,beautiful and interesting, not harmful. But I say no, facebook turns us into
people we are not. -Let's think in a critical way..!Wich of us throw photo everyday when we are
in the worst look,or wich of us post their personal opinions...? Few, if not none, posted photos on
Facebook where everyone looks nice, where everyone seems happy, picture where people spend
time alone in coffee and just smile, thoughts posted copied, virtually fb we take only one side
ours, what we like only half ourself.On facebook we are what we want to be and not what we are
in everyday life. What we really benefit from Facebook and what we lose because of him?On
facebook, we get a fake virtual corporation, a false popularity, winning so sweet and benevolent
words that, if they existed in reality thoughts or life,sure the world would be less infuriating, it
would be more loving and honest.But no my friends, those like-sites that take into
facebook,comments,are not even half of reality, they are merely an everyday activity of a user of
facebook, which we have been turned into habit. In reality we rarely speak so fondly about
someone, we wouldn't give so many compliments anyone, in reality things are cood, but more
realistic than the relationships that we are building on facebook. What do we loose from
facebook?All good things ...! few beautiful things that we can use facebook takes us, in fact we
lose them for facebook! Insteand of sitting with our family for a dinner,we hurry to make a chek-
in, rather than relax in conversation with them, we hurry to take a picture to put it on fb, rather
than go out for coffee with friends, we enter into facebook page and check the various profiles
that rare times come to work. What we lose and what we gain,does it worth spending our most
valuable time,we must ask ourselves often for this? We pretend to replace people with robots, as
if to replace reality with virtuality,this is isolating ourselves.The best would be that we know we
have to control dependence on the technology, to do not forgive the reality for somethig real.
Definitely a good side of social networks is that we inform quickly about something,we contact
with friends,but it does not worth losing so many beautiful things in life to spend hours in front
of a technological device that does not understand the lives and our feelings.It just makes our
opinion public and nothing more.
