India won it‟s first individual medal at the Olympics when KD Jadhav won a
silver in the 1952 Games in wrestling.
However before the selection for Helsinki Olympics, Jadhav alleged that
nepotism among officials prevented him from getting selected for the
Olympics. According to him, they intentionally gave him one point less than
the eventual winner at the Madras Nationals, and this ruled him out of the
Olympics. He did not bow down to corrupt officialdom and appealed
to Maharaja of X seeking justice. Fortunately the Maharaja of X loved sports,
saw his point, and arranged his entry in Olympic trials where he floored his
opponent and won an entry in the Olympics.
Maharaja of X was also known as the owner of the highest cricket ground
in Chail and in fact represented Indian in tests.

ID X AND Y

No Más Fight, is one of the most famous fights in boxing history. Taking place
on November 25, 1980 at the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans, United
States it was the second of three bouts between the pair. It gained its famous
appellation in the end of the eighth round when Y turned away from X , towards
the referee and quit by saying "No más" (Spanish for "No more").
Y claimed that he quit because of stomach cramps, which started to bother him in
the fifth round. He said the cramps occurred because he took off weight too
quickly, then ate too much after the morning weigh-in, but his manager, Carlos
Eleta, said Y always ate that way before a fight. “Y didn't quit because of stomach
cramps," Eleta said. "He quit because he was embarrassed."
Y's stature in his home country, Panama, took a dramatic dive after the fight. The
immediate reaction was shock, followed by anger. Within hours, commercials
featuring Y (in both Panama and the United States) were ordered off the air.

„God made countries, God makes kings, and the rules by which they govern. And those

yards (¼ mile) run and the 120 yards hurdles.
He studied at Saint Xaviers College, Calcutta, and is credited with the first hat-
trick in an open football tournament in India, for Saint Xavier's against
                             Sovabazar in July 1897.
He later moved to the United States where he became a silent film. He acted
alongside Hollywood legends like Ronald Colman in films like Beau
Geste (1926), Clara Bow's father in Dancing Mothers(1926) and Tonight at
Twelve (1929). He also appeared in several Broadway shows.

WHICH PLAYER ARE WE TALKING
                              ABOUT?

Although X's high school coach, Ian Hyde-Lay, sent letters of inquiry and
highlight reels on X's behalf to over 30 American universities, X was not
recruited by any university, until Santa Clara coach Dick Davey requested
video footage of the young guard. After watching X in person, Davey said he
"was nervous as hell just hoping that no one else would see him. It didn't take
a Nobel Prize winner to figure out this guy's pretty good. It was just a case of
hoping that none of the big names came around.“
However, Davey also told X that he was "the worst defensive player" he had
                                    ever seen

WHOSE QUOTE?

“Sachin Tendulkar was with me on that MRF Pace Foundation camp and we
shared the room. I didn‟t even know he was Sachin Tendulkar, he was just
another young boy and we shared the room and this was I think in 1987-88.
We had come there to learn to bowl fast. They were lot of fast bowlers in that
camp and there were no batsmen. And on day three when Dennis Lillee saw
both of us bowling some loose deliveries swinging away from the right-
handers and he said why don‟t you pad up since there are no batsmen in the
nets. And Sachin then batted in the nets for half an hour, and we both came
out of the nets and followed the coach. We were in a stage where we were
trying to impress the coach and I heard Dennis Lillee tell Sachin that batting is
a better option for him than bowling and he was absolutely right.
He definitely had an eye for Sachin, don’t know about me.”

On 16 December 2009, Fernandes accepted a "challenge" from Richard
Branson, a fellow airline boss and the owner of Lotus' fellow F1
newcomers Virgin Racing, where the losing team's boss should work on the
winner's airline for a day dressed as a stewardess joking "The sexier the better.
Our passengers will be delighted to be served by a Knight of the Realm, but
knowing Richard, the real challenge will be to prevent him from asking our
guests 'coffee, tea or me?' That would be scary."
On top of this, the team also produced a poster depicting Branson in an Air

Multi-purpose stadiums are a type of stadium designed to be easily used by
multiple types of events. While any stadium could potentially host more than
one type of sport or event, this concept usually refers to a specific design
philosophy that stresses multi-functionality over specificity. It is used most
commonly in Canada and the United States where the two most popular
outdoor team sports, football and baseball, require radically different facilities.
Football uses a rectangular field while baseball is played on a diamond. This
requires a particular design to accommodate both, usually an oval. While
building stadiums in this way means that sports teams and governments can
share costs, it also imposes some challenges.

What is the name by which such stadia are known? A very famous example of
                          such a stadium is MCG

and Rafael Nadal, then World No. 2. The match was played in the capital city
of Nadal's home island, Palma de Mallorca, in front of a home crowd
at Palma Arena. Nadal won 7–5, 4–6, 7–6
The unofficial title of "world's fastest man" typically goes to the Olympic 100
metre champion. In 1996, the host of NBC's Olympics coverage Bob Costas,
and others, pointed out that X's gold-medal performance in the 200 m (19.32
seconds) was faster than Y's 100 m performance (9.84 seconds) in that 19.32
divided by two is 9.66. Y later dismissed Costas' comments as "a person who
knew nothing about track talking about it with a lot of people listening",
nonetheless, the sportscaster's remarks touched a nerve.

Something was done as a consequence. What?
