Slideshare is an easily accessed means for communication whether that be for stakeholders, or those working within an organization. Slideshare can be used to post blogs, in which those accessing Slideshare can post any questions or concerns, or it can be used by employees in order to follow along with a seminar and/or international presentations that are currently taking place, or that have taken place. This can also help ease any strategic goals in globalization, also other benefits are present as Slideshare poses a cheap and easy way to network with those not only using slideshare (i.e. investors, customers, employees etc.), but as well as Facebook, LinkedIn and so on.
Slideshare provides its community members with the ability to advertise on the website. For as low as 2000 dollars US, an organization can post their advertisement which can reach approximately 14million users on a monthly basis. (Slideshare.net, 2009) As, Lubeina mentioned, Slideshare is used by a wide variety of well educated professionals and investors and with access to the company blogs, seminars and company information, this can be considered of strategic value in attracting consumers as well as investors.Furthermore, a less likely but a possible strategic use of Slideshare.net is that it may be utilized for the means of recruitment. Depending on the job and organization, job candidates may wish to post some of the work they have accomplished as a portfolio for organizations to look at, which can give employers a better idea of what the candidate can do for them as an employee.
Slideshare can contribute to an organizations management of public relations. It allows an exchange in customer and investor opinions and/or criticisms, enabling the organization to address the individuals directly. Company’s also have the ability to poll their customers/investors in order to obtain specific feedback on issues relating to the company.

PROJECT EVALUATIONVesnaVelemir: This is one of the more entertaining projects that I have done this semester. Social networking has increasingly become important in organizations, so it was a good opportunity to look into one of the more popular networking websites in order to see what benefits it can provide to organizations. I feel as though, in size, the project was fair, and was easy to split amongst my teammates.TysirSalih: After completing my second integrate project I was left with a feeling of disappointment. Unlike the first integrate project I do not feel as though I have learn anything new. Much of this project was a repeat of what I learned in previous classes so it was a good practice. I would want to recommend a different project for the course, we have done a lot of presentations and it would be nice to have something completely different that still applies to human resources. On the plus side, the project produced little challenges and the format was very easy to follow although I do wish more instructions were givenLubeinaAbdulhusein: I thought this class was not constructive because there was no teaching time. I did not find that the material I research beneficial to my learning and I would have appreciated more from this class in terms of why it is important to HRM.
