If you want to use your Macbook / iPad then bring yourVGA adaptor. If you do not have one, then ask before arriving.
There may be a few around but limited.
Alternative is to export your presentation to a PDF and
use that on any room computer.

If you plan to export Keynote presentations to a Powerpoint file, proof the resulting exported
Powerpoint file. Fonts and image alignments in Keynote do not always translate 100% accurately in the
export to Powerpoint.
