Trivadis Services AG has developed a service configurator tool over several years to help efficiently create customized service offers for clients. The tool started as an Excel spreadsheet but is now a comprehensive web application. It allows administrators to define service catalogs and rules while users can create configurations through a wizard. The generated documents include all necessary details. Trivadis now offers the configurator tool as a monthly subscription service so other companies can easily setup individual service offerings and proposals. The ISO-certified service starts at EUR 400 per month and will be ready for new customers in January 2018.
