Information in this document is proprietary and confidential. Do not distribute without Entigence Corporation’s written authorization.
2. THE PROBLEM
1
Top 250 research universities spend $62B
USD on research conducted by faculty (NSF
2011) without adequate insights into the IP for
performance management and collaboration.
2
Universities are looking for ways to replace
archaic, paper-based processes and provide
mature insight into the contributions by faculty.
3
Lyterati’s goal is to penetrate the global faculty
ERP market. This market is where the
finance, HR ERP market was 20 years ago.
4
1. What are faculty doing for research,
teaching and service and where is it being
published and delivered? Who are they
collaborating most frequently with? Take
me to the collaborator’s data.
5
1. Take me to the Internet, i.e., go to the
article or op-ed or media appearance.
2. Let me explore the data by organizational
units and time and type of contribution.
6
1. Publish selected faculty data to the public
and replace static websites, leverage IP for
effective and timely technology transfer,
increase ROI.
