you'll learn the highlights of activities you could immediately put
into use in the workplace.
Rick Kerner has been a Corporate Trainer and Human Resources
Recruiter with Victaulic since 1995. Victaulic is the world leader of
mechanical piping solutions. Rick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Radio
and Television Broadcasting, and a minor in Behavioral Psychology.
He has developed a 64‐hour Leadership College training program
which is taught over a three‐month period to managers and
supervisors. He is a member of the American Society of Training and
Development (ASTD) National, the ASTD Eastern PA Chapter, and is
the Northeast National Advisor for Chapters. In 2012, he earned his
Certificate in Internet Recruiting (AIRS CIR).
