Trends affecting workforce development in the City of Toronto are not limited to one sector but instead reach across the economy at large. They are broad-based training needs that stakeholders frequently identify as critical to maintaining and enhancing productivity, equity and prosperity for the workforce at large. Under each trend are the actions TWIG has taken or research on those issues, other research and actions by other organizations on the same issues.
These sections aren’t new but have been reorganized so that the most relevant resources are posted. Our newest resources are in this section as well as posted on the home page.
