Title of the Book: Conceptof ON Content Area: Grade Level:
For Each page you need to complete the following information for your storyboard.
This will be a generic storyboard as each page will follow a similar format. After the
example format, I will provide one page for one concept

The images will follow a story of a cat and then no issues will
exist about identifying individuals

This can be used or hidden depending on the student. If the
student is working with an assistant or a peer tutor then the tutor
will write the answer based on the response from Coach 3
