Education

I have taught in the Psychology Department at the University of Southern Queensland since 1992 and became the Head of the Psychology Department at USQ in 2008. In 2013, I became the Head of the School of Psychology, Counselling and Community. I am also the Director of the Career and Organisational Research Unit at USQ which has a focus on evaluating organisational climate and developing strategies to improve employees’ quality of work life.
