TERMS AND CONDITION
The NATIONAL TRANING AGENCY (NTATT) maintains this site for information and
communication purposes only. This webpage contains the Terms of Use (TOU) governing access to
and use of the website SkillsTNT. The NTATT reserves the right to update the TOU at any time
without notice to the User. The most current version of the TOU can be reviewed by clicking on the
"Terms of Use" hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages. If you do not accept these
Terms of Use or you do not meet or comply with their provisions, you may not use the site.
IF THESE TERMS OF USE ARE NOT COMPLETELY ACCEPTABLE TO YOU; YOU MUST
IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE.
TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL USERS.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using SkillsTNT’s web site (other than to read this Agreement for the first time), The User agrees
to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. The right to use SkillsTNT is personal to the
User and is not transferrable to any other person or entity. The User is responsible for all use of the
User’s Account (under any screen name or password) and for ensuring that all use of the User’s

2. CHANGED TERMS
NTATT shall have the right at any time to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to
the User’s use of SkillsTNT or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, but not
limited to, adding fees and charges for use. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall

Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory,
obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
Upload, or otherwise make available, files that contain images, photographs, software or other
material protected by intellectual property laws, including, by way of example, and not as
limitation, copyright or trademark laws (or by rights of privacy or publicity) unless the User
owns or controls the rights thereto or have received all necessary consent to do the same.
Use any material or information, including images or photographs, which are made available
through the Services in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret,
or other proprietary right of any party.
Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, corrupted
files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's
computer or property of another.
Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such
Communication Services specifically allows such messages.
Download any file posted by another the User of a Communication Service that the User
knows, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally reproduced, displayed, performed, and/or
distributed in such manner.
Falsify or delete any copyright management information, such as author attributions, legal or
other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or
other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
Restrict or inhibit any other the User from using and enjoying the Communication Services.
Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular
Communication Service.
Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.
Use, download or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity
any directory of the Users of the Services or other the User or usage information or any portion
thereof.

5. (i) The User acknowledges that he/she owns, is solely responsible for or otherwise control all
of the rights to the content that he/she post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content
he/she supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or
entity; the User shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of
copyrights, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission and the Terms
of Use and if necessary will indemnify NTATT or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content
supplied by the User.
(ii) If the User wishes to keep any business information, ideas, concepts or inventions private or
proprietary, the User must not submit them to the Public Areas or to NTATT by email.
6. The foregoing provisions of Section 4 are for the benefit of NTATT its subsidiaries, affiliates and
its third party content providers and licensors and each shall have the right to assert and enforce
such provisions directly against the infringing party or on its own behalf and not against the
NTATT.
7. NTATT has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. Accordingly, the Users will
be held directly and solely responsible for the content of messages that are posted. However, while
not under an obligation to monitor the forums, NTATT will periodically perform an
administrative review for the purpose of deleting messages that are old, have received few
responses, are off topic or irrelevant, serve as advertisements or seem otherwise inappropriate. In
particular, NTATT reserves the right to:
(a) Record the dialogue in public chat rooms.
(b) Examine an allegation that a communication(s) do(es) not conform to the terms of
this section and determine in its sole discretion to remove or request the removal of
the communication(s).
(c) Remove communications that are abusive, illegal, or disruptive, or that otherwise fail
to conform to these Terms of Use.
(d) Terminate a Member's access to any or all Public Areas and/or the NTATT’s Site
upon any breach of these Terms of Use.
(e) Monitor, edit, or disclose any communication in the Public Areas.

from, your violation of these Terms of Use.
15. ARBITRATION
Except as regarding any action seeking equitable relief, including without limitation for the purpose
of protecting any of NTATT’s confidential information and/or intellectual property rights, any
controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or this Website shall be settled
by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration act of Trinidad and Tobago and shall be
determined by the appointment of a single arbitrator to be agreed between the parties, or failing
agreement within fourteen days, after either party has given to the other a written request to concur
in the appointment of an arbitrator, by an arbitrator to be appointed by the President or a Vice
President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in Trinidad and Tobago.

The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be in Trinidad and Tobago the language to be used in the
arbitration proceedings shall be English. The governing law of the contract shall be the substantive
law of Trinidad and Tobago and both parties shall share the costs of the Arbitration equally.
