4. It is highly important that you create
a crystal clear vision of the goal you
want to achieve, or the life that you
want to live. Heck, how can you
expect to get what you want in life,
if you do not have 100% clarity on
what you want.

5. ...You need to get to the point to
where you can literally see
yourself already living your dream
lifestyle.

6. Then, You need to impress the
image of what you want in life onto
the 'formless' i.e. your subconscious
mind.

7. Impressing the idea, vision or
dream:

8. 1. Get into a perfectly relaxed state.
(This is so that you can turn your
conscious mind off. Therefore, you
will be able to literally plant the
images of success into your
subconscious mind. You can do a
simple Google search for a
relaxation tape. Make sure that you
are totally relaxed, otherwise this
won't work as effectively.)

9. 2. 'Flick on' the image of the life
that you want to live, or the goal
that you want to reach.
...See yourself in the present tense
already achieving the good that you
desire. Feel the emotions that you
may feel, when you realize now that
you have got what you want in life.
See yourself already living the
lifestyle of your dreams.

10. 3. Rinse & repeat!
Once again; although it may not
seem life you are making a
progression, I can assure you that
you are. See, you need to make sure
that you don't let your eye's deceive
you. Know that change is happening;
from the inside, out.
It is highly important that you repeat
this process 1-3 times, daily!

11. If you do this on a consistent basis
for 30 days; you will begin to alter
the programming.
