Todoed is a new kind of a seamless todo listing tool, that clips any
selected text anywhere on the web browser and (soon), any device,
as if that text is an actionable, delegate-able and/or bookmark-
able todo item first. Thus, increasing the productivity and
accountability of that communicated text.

We are on a mission to making todo listing, delegating and organising be absolutely seamless on
your mobile and desktop. Seamless to your browsing, thinking and chatting habits.
In short, we would like to leave the world more productive before we leave it. That is why we are further building this product.

Todoed is currently a google chrome extension (later a mobile app and an extension on other browsers)
which clips any selected text on chrome browser (later absolutely any text anywhere on any device) to
apply into as a to-do, bookmark, collection as a digital content, sharing of that digital content and
delegating those with just one seamless step.

Nishchal Kesarwani, Founder
He is on a mission to make our world more productive. At Todoed he
keeps the product vision, design, features roadmap, finance and the
team together and inspired. Earlier in 2013 he started an inspiring
startup community called www.preseed.in which has laid the foundation
for several scalable startups with very talented people. Preseed is now
on auto mode.
Dhaval Chauhan, CTO
Security Guy and contributed to Facebook, Google, Twitter. For the
past year Dhaval has built his relationship with Nishchal over a secret
project in Preseed. Now he is leading the tech of Todoed. Dhaval is
working side by side Nishchal each day working on “what will be”
Todoed. He is a problem solver at his core.

Jay Kapasi, Android
He is laying down Todoed's foundation on Android. He also resonates with
the team’s love for nailing a productivity solution for the new age. Jay found
our tribe on hasjob and over a call with Raj, Jay was convinced that he
would like to lead Todoed on Android from the front. He is in charge of all
things Android and is building a kickass interface for an invisible layer of
productivity on your smartphones.

He is here to move and shake things. Earlier he was the the coordinator
of Preseed. He has been working very closely with Nishchal for 2 years
now. He is working on “what is” Todoed. Also he in charge of extracting
juice out of Preseed resources to build Todoed further.

He executed the prototype (based exactly on the product vision proposed
by Nishchal) timely, and inspired faith in our developer/s along the
way. Since then he has been replaced by Ansal as the CTO. Sai is
currently the lead engineer at a remarkable company called Blue Jeans
Network. He now plays a part time advisory role in Todoed.

He believes in the team and the vision of the product. Is one of the
cofounders of crowdsourced HR startup Springrole. Carnegie Mellon
University CS Grad. Previously Director of tech at Science.

In short, in $60 billion plus market of productivity apps : The challenges faced by today's productive person is
compounded by the lack of a instantly trackable accountable action taken summary for the things to do,
generated in his usual workflow (email, browsing, documents, chats etc.) in collaboration with his team. This
person’s entire day on the browser is actually filled with to-dos/bookmarks/delegation at every other step. And for
marking these things as todos, users have to open their work flow apps separately from their actual human flow of
discoveries and communication with their teams.
Hence, a lot of to-do’s still don’t reach a to-do listing tool.
Lack of seamlessness
The workflow gets broken for having to open a to-do listing tool to capture the to-
do while usual browsing and communicating. That is the main friction (main
problem).
A remote team of 10 people uses on average 10 apps daily for research,
communication and task management.e.g. Slack, Trello, Excel,
Salesforce, Chrome, Producteev, Evernote, Googel docs, google caledar,
emails etc. According to our observation, each person of that team loses
30 minutes a day switching from one app to another which represents 5
hours per team per day.

Just clip any selected text from anywhere on the
chrome browser (currently, later on all devices and
browsers) and have it become a to-do item to be
further delegated to you or your team member of
choice; all in one step, absolutely seamlessly,
invisibly, simply.
Hence, helping you gain further productivity and
accountability.
With Todoed, a remote team of 10 persons gain on

know it’s huge, even if we get a 1% share of the market, we would be a multi million dollar business.

Our main target customer is early stage startup teams and first time founders who are not looking for a bulky tool to
manage their tasks. They are infact just getting started into being productive. However, Todoed is a universal product

17. Conclusion
Todoed can make the world more productive as we aim to be the easiest to-do listing,
delegating and bookmarking web application in the world. So easy that it does not come in the
way, between a thought and a task as all other apps do. Todoed will be an invisible underlying
layer on the mobile one day. Our vision with what we can do with this sort of a clipping tool is
equivalent to our ambitions to achieve it, boundless.
Todoed can be a billion dollar product in less than 5 years, for it can have millions of
users, and quick growth for it’s got 0 learning curve and real gap fulfillment.
Also since Todoed is first a todo listing tool, we have made this slide deck of it as if a mere
todo listing app. Once we have nailed that, we will release the chat version of Todoed, it
will be a greater chat app, then any other team chat apps out there. We also have a
thought about a novel and simple hardware device for productivity. So it can be expected out
of us in the next 3 years, but not before reaching monthly active 1 million users on what we
call Todoed Basic. .
