I wanted to drop you a note to say thanks for all your hard work this year with Inventive. I appreciate your
dedication and diligence to the success of our company.
You took a challenging situation as you entered an untapped market in the Northeast and have
developed it from scratch into producing business. Through individual selling directly to K-12 and higher
education as well as working with dealer partners, you created a pipeline where there was none
previously.
Among your accomplishments I’d like to recognize are the following:
- You closed the first sale in the Northeast with a nice $200,000 in project within the first several
months of opening the territory
- You helped develop one of our largest school consortium projects in conjunction with the new
Pennsylvania dealer you added. This is estimated to be worth $350,000 in 2012
- You identified and signed up multiple reseller partners your first three months assisting in training,
identifying leads, and helping them on sales calls
- You learned our large suite of educationally-targeted technology products in a short amount of
time and you understand how to position them in the solution sale
- I think your persistence in tracking down leads and your follow-up throughout the sales process
was excellent.
