winds through 500 acres of wooded terrain, surrounded by the Canadian
Shield hills, along the banks of the historic York River and includes
numerous ponds and creeks that strategically come into play.
2. Surrounding the golf course, intertwining amongst
some of the holes on the back 9 and bordering along
the historic York River are a number of serviced lots
(96) of which 32 have been sold already that have
both golf course frontage and stunning views of the
Canadian Shield hills. Located adjacent to the
Hastings Heritage Trail, the River’s Edge planned
community allows for easy access to the region’s
varied attractions and scenic wonders including
Eagles Nest Lookout for nature lovers.
The funds raised will be used for servicing costs and
building five model homes.
The project will be completed in several phases as
there are currently 120 lots with 100ft frontage to be
converted to 240 lots with 50 ft frontage. This funding
will include costs for this conversion.

the 78 lot lifestyle community development. All 19
suites of the hotel have been fully renovated. White
Pine Shores Golf and Country Club Resort will begin
build out in April 2013. Tier 1 Capital clients are
receiving quarterly interest payments of 9 per cent per
year.
