• Rent Arrears claim: Court fee £250 (if you use the
online procedure) + £96 total paid by you = £346 or
£456 if you use the bailiffs.
• If you use the advocacy service: the total paid by you
will be £490. Or £600 if you use the bailiffs.
Warning! • The DIY Guide does not cover
defended claims
• Or complex claims involving
discretionary grounds for
possession
• For these, you should use a
solicitors firm – (we can offer a
preliminary telephone advice
