Good morning teacher.
I’d like to introduce about myself. My full name is Phung Nhu Hanh. I’m
36 years old. I work at Tien Giang medical college. It take me about 10
minutes from my house to my school. I like my job because I like
working with young students. They are very intelligent, lovely, friendly
but sometimes they are naughty and have a not good behavier. I live with
my family at 29 Hung Vuong street, My Tho city, Tien Giang province. I
have two sons. The first is 9 years old. The second is 6 years old. They
are very lovely. My husband is a doctor. He works in Tien Giang
hospital.
I like traveling with my family, going shopping with my friends and
reading books when I have free time. I dislike air pollution and noisy

2. Human body health and body care
Nowadays, health is the most important things in our life because if we have a good
health, we can make any things in our life. However, it isn't really easy to have a good
health. For me, I have some advices to keep a good health.
Firstly, if we usually do exercise regularly and effectively, we will be strongly. Doing
exercise is good because it helps our body to relax. So, we are comfortable to go to
school or go to work. Besides, it also helps us avoid illness. For exam, when we do
exercise in the morning, we can breathe fresh air.
Secondly, we should have a good diet, we should have enough three main meal with
many vegetables which help us to live in lifelong. Green vegetable contain many
types of vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B so on. Besides, it also supports a lot of
fibers which reduces cholesterol in blood. We should not eat a lot of fatty food
because if it leads to weight gain and other health problems.
Thirdly, we should have sufficient sleep, at least 8 hours per day, not stay at late and
we should see the doctor regularly periodic examine.
Beside we keep clean our keep yourself and your home, especially your room lean,
tidy.
In conclusion, people can buy everything but they can’t buy health. If we do maintain
a healthy lifestyle, there are many benefits, and not only for your body. Some are
maintaining a healthy weight, reducing risk of developing heart disease, increasing
2. energy levels, assisting a healthy. immune system, and it helps you to be more social.
Having a healthy lifestyle is crucial for giving your body everything that it needs.
