• My name is Regan Rose. I am 10
years old, and I have four sisters. My
mom is having another baby, and we
are very excited! My favorite book is
the book of Narnia. There is a great
ruler of Narnia, and He is the great
Lion, ASLAN.
• Things I like to do are drawing,
reading, gymnastics, acting, and
being funny. When I grow up, I
would like to be a mom. I would also
like to be a zookeeper, so I can take
care of lions!
4. ORIGINS OF LION
• On the sixth day of creation,
God created the lion and all
land animals.

some when all the adults have
had their fill.

• Baby male lions do not start to grow
their manes until puberty.
• They start to grow their manes at 18
months of age and continue until they
are five years old. At that point they
will have a full grown mane.
• Baby lions are called cubs, whelps, or
lionets.
• Newborn lion cubs are born blind ,and
their eyes stay closed about three
weeks.Once the eyes are open,the
lions' vision is amazing! They can see
five times better then humans.

mostly during the day?They sleep
about 20 hours!

enemy is a porcupine? If a lion
tries to kill a porcupine, the spine

His angels to hold the lions'

• I mentioned the lion, Aslan in the
Narnia books. I would like to
introduce you to Him.
• Aslan, the Lion, is the King of the
land of Narnia. Aslan isn't a tame lion,
but He is good.
• Aslan laid down his life on the stone
table to save His people in Narnia,
just as our Lord and Saviour, Christ
Jesus died for His chosen ones on
the Cross.
