height of the Qutub Minar in Delhi.

126m, which is equal to a 43-storey
tower.
• Each cable can take a weight of 900

System with a 16-lane, state-of-the-art
toll plaza.

other countries including Britain,

• Reduces travel time from 1 hour to just 7
minutes.
• Decongests Mahim Causeway – 125,000 vehicles
a day.

• Save Rs. 100 Crore a year in vehicle operating

PROBLEMS PERCEIVED
• No solutions figured out for major traffic
snarls at Worli.
• Additional Congestion at some other
roads.
• Proposed Toll price (Rs. 50 / one-way)
may dissuade a few.
