Indications
Gravol Tablets are used for
prevention and treatment of
various forms of motion sickness,
Ménière's syndrome, vertigo due
to other labyrinthine disorders,
postoperative vomiting, drug
induced nausea and vomiting
associated with radiation therapy,
and migraine.

Precautions:
Patients undergoing Gravol therapy should be
cautioned against operating automobiles
or machinery requiring alertness because
Gravol can cause drowsiness, dizziness and
blurred vision. Hence, you should use Gravol
with caution if driving or doing other things that
require you to be fully alert.
It can be especially dangerous to combine
this medication with alcohol and other
depressant drugs.

7. Gravol Tablets
Recommended Dosage
Adults: The recommended adult dosage is
50-100 mg with dosage repeated every 4
hours as required. Maximum daily oral dose
is 500 mg.
Recommended Children's Dosage:
6-8 years: 15-25 mg, two or three times daily
8-12 years: 25-50 mg, two or three times
daily
Over 12 years: 50 mg, two or three times
daily

Overdosage
➔Sluggishness, paranoia, agitation,
memory loss, increased blood pressure
and heart rate, and difficulty swallowing
and speaking
➔ Confusion, irrational behaviour, loss of
muscle co-ordination, high fever and
convulsions. Serious heart and
breathing problems and coma can
follow.
