Remarketing/ Dealer Buyout Team
• 90% of Inbound and Outbound calls daily are from Customers, Dealerships and other sources wanting
information on how to process a dealer buyout.
• Assisting different departments when they have back log work.
• All the New Employee Training is done by me.
• Work All Reports that are in CRM/SAM
• Work on making sure all paperwork is complete for Dealer Buyouts
• Answer calls from Dealerships, customers, title company, DMV
• Fax and email over papers that we need to complete lease buyouts
• Work on Personal property Taxes
• Work on processing refunds back to customers and dealerships.

• Work with stores on recovering stolen product as well as work with police departments to recover product
confiscations
• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure that stores are stocked accordingly
• Track all product going into the stores and also going out to other stores and various locations
• Work with UPS on lost and damaged product by providing them with the cost report needed to track product
• Train new employees as part of onboarding process
• Run various reports for district and regional managers in Microsoft Access
