Deborah Kerr, founder and creator of The Kerr
Team, has over 30 years Real Estate experience servicing
customers throughout the State of New Jersey, and has
consistently been in the top 1% of Realtors in the State.
Deborah is a Certified Relocation Specialist, which means
that she has participated in schooling to help her
understand the unique needs of people relocating into
and out of the State. She has earned the SRES
designation, Senior Real Estate Specialist, trained in
helping Senior Citizens with their Real Estate needs. She
is also certified in Home Staging, which is a wonderful
tool for our Seller's. She works with Sellers and Buyers
assisting with all of their Real Estate needs. The Kerr
Team, built by Deborah is in place to assist you with your
transaction from start to finish with minimal stress!
Wayne Loux, Jr. is a Buyer Agent for the Kerr
Team. He attended Rutgers University and graduated
with a degree in Communications. In 2006', Wayne
entered into the Real Estate field. Within his first year
in Real Estate, at Keller Williams Elite, Realtors,
Wayne became "Rookie of the Year"! Wayne is a
dedicated agent who prides himself on being very
attentive to our Buyers. He concentrates on current
market inventory, and is consistent in keeping our
Buyers up-to-date on the new listings that match their
criteria. Whether you are a first time home buyer,
moving up or investing, Wayne will work with and
for you to find the home you are looking for, while
working with your busy schedule. Wayne works
closely with our Buyers to assist them in achieving
their goal of home ownership!
Melanie Jimenez is the Closing
Coordinator for The Kerr Team. She works
full time in the office, Monday - Friday,
9AM - 5PM. She handles your transaction
from the time you are listed with us; we are
under contract and up until the closing.
While the other Kerr Team Members are on
the road, Melanie is in the office to help
answer all of your questions, speak to
Attorneys, Mortgage Brokers, Home
Inspectors, Appraisers, etc. If you have Any
questions or concerns about your
transaction, you can always call Melanie
and she will assist you, or get in touch with
whoever can assist you!
Nestor Montalvo is a Licensed Realtor and
Broker since 1989. He is our all around
coverage, go-to person. He is available for
showings, home inspections, appraisals, sign

Deborah Kerr, founder and creator of The Kerr Team, has over 30 years Real Estate experience servicing customers throughout the State of New Jersey, and has consistently been in the top 1% of Realtors in the State. Deborah is a Certified Relocation Specialist, which means that she has participated in schooling to help her understand the unique needs of people relocating into and out of the State. She has earned the SRES designation, Senior Real Estate Specialist, trained in helping Senior Citizens with their Real Estate needs. She is also certified in Home Staging, which is a wonderful tool for our Seller's. She works with Sellers and Buyers assisting with all of their Real Estate needs. The Kerr Team, built by Deborah is in place to assist you with your transaction from start to finish with minimal stress!
  • 9. Wayne Loux, Jr. is a Buyer Agent for the Kerr Team. He attended Rutgers University and graduated with a degree in Communications. In 2006', Wayne entered into the Real Estate field. Within his first year in Real Estate, at Keller Williams Elite, Realtors, Wayne became "Rookie of the Year"! Wayne is a dedicated agent who prides himself on being very attentive to our Buyers. He concentrates on current market inventory, and is consistent in keeping our Buyers up-to-date on the new listings that match their criteria. She handles your transaction from the time you are listed with us; we are under contract and up until the closing. While the other Kerr Team Members are on the road, Melanie is in the office to help answer all of your questions, speak to Attorneys, Mortgage Brokers, Home Inspectors, Appraisers, etc. If you have Any questions or concerns about your transaction, you can always call Melanie and she will assist you, or get in touch with whoever can assist you!
