The document provides instructions for generating usage reports from the EBSCO Admin portal. It explains how to log into the EBSCO Admin site at http://eadmin.ebscohost.com and select the eBook Collection database. The steps shown include modifying date ranges for the report, running the COUNTER R1/R3 report, sorting and filtering the results to view titles from most used to least used with monthly and year-to-date usage details. 2. • Find out your EBSCO Admin User ID and Password, search for an email
“from:Foster,Brian” sent on 10/25/2013. If you were not working for MDC
yet, contact support@ebsco.com for help.
• Start by going to: http://eadmin.ebscohost.com/eadmin/login.aspx
• Follow the slides that correspond with the report you wish to pull.
3. • Your account reports can be generated through the EBSCO Admin portal
• Visit http://eadmin.ebscohost.com/eadmin/login.aspx to access your admin
site
6. Select eBook Collection from the database
list
Modify your date range to suit the report you need to
pull.
Make sure to select these two options.
They are not check marked by default.
14. Click on the sort & filter button.
Select Filter with Row 5 highlighted.
Highlight row 5 “A-H”
15. Click the drop down menu
and select sort largest to
smallest.
This will sort all the titles
from most used to least
used.
16. The titles are now
arranged from most
used to least used
with a month to
month
breakdown
and a YTD total
number.
