This book is about what this author neutrally terms the
‘George Floyd Event’. It contains two distinct parts.
This introductory segment contains seven discussion
sections that establishes this text’s objective and scope. It
outlines tools available to critical thinkers and researchers
that may enable us to draw better conclusions than the lies
propagated by fake news such as CNN and Snopes. The final
section tables dozens of critical questions in context.
Annex 1 bullet points seven questions that may arouse the
curiosity of independent researchers. The core objective of
this document seeks to guide novice media researchers
towards the basic skills and primary evidence that leads
humanity to draw well-informed, free-willed conclusions.
Analysis centers around the theme of numbers. Numerical
inquiry allows us to objectively measure facts and fiction.
Quantifiable information may be the key that unlocks the
many enigmas that underpin the tragic George Floyd event.

Questions
This book contains more questions than facts. Two reasons explain this. First, most persons who
independently analyze the George Floyd event, in-depth, offer more questions to their audiences
than firm answers. And rightly so. The George Floyd event is an enigma, among those of us who
take zero to little notice of fake news fabricators like The New York Times and Snopes for dopes.
Dr Henry Makow is an example of a researcher who analyzes facts and disputed details about the
George Floyd event. He has published several webpages online about this developing topic.
This book aims to empower readers to consult full primary data sets and draw valid conclusions
from the widest body of evidence possible, rather than rely on just another know all ‘expert’ liar
who tells them what to think and do. This is the second reason for this text’s list of questions.

Uniformity
The basic narrative about the George Floyd event is largely consistent across the bulk of media
that news consumers consult, such as mainstream news (e.g. Daily Mail) and press releases
issued by relevant statutory authorities such as the Minnesota Police Department. George Floyd
died on May 25, 2020 within meters of 3759 Chicago Avenue, Minneapolis Zip Code 55407. He
died in handcuffs on the road while in the custody of the Minnesota Police Department (MPD).
According to official sources, an employee of Cup Foods called 911 to report their suspicion that
George Floyd had committed a minor financial crime. I refer to this supporting image.
The full 911 transcript is available in the second book in this series (Jericho, 2020d, Annex A3).
Which of the two images above (if any) is extracted from the official, original data source?
Can you detect the contradiction in detail in these two sources above?
Is this discrepancy a material matter that may grossly distorts most readers’ view of events?

Absence
Hundreds of social commentators emphasize the lack of evidence that may explain key facts
about the George Floyd event. I place these commentaries into two categories. The first is hard
evidence that is critical to obtaining a full understanding. The apparent absence of footage that
shows George Floyd exiting the police vehicle on Chicago Street is the dominant critique. This
writer has seen this comment published by more than 30 content creators and by more than 100
commentators who review this content. I cite this video footage and comment as an example.
The second type of comment speculates over hypothetical ‘what if’ and ‘why did he/they’
unknown factors. Numerous independent researchers question why George Floyd and his
associates sat in their car for about 10 minutes after they were challenged by Cup Foods
employees for allegations of fraud. This confrontation transpired across the road from this store.
Most of these discussions covertly or overtly state that these observations are strong anecdotal
evidence that there is something suspicious about this case. I.e., it may be a staged false flag. The
adjective ‘set up’ in this illustration example above is an example of a covert allegation. George’s
two accomplices are the only people who can offer a direct account in response to this question.

Debunked
In a similar vein to the issues raised on the prior page, hundreds of public commentators pose
loose, illogical arguments as so-called evidence that the George Floyd event is obviously a false
flag fake that uses rehearsal scripts and crisis actors. The two examples in this subsection are
distinguishable. The first type of arguments are citations of weak circumstantial evidence that
can be dismissed without the need to scrutinize primary source evidence such as witnesses.
Numerous commentators (100+) claim it is suspicious that none of Derek Chauvin’s neighbors
knew that he was a police officer. This apparently is partial evidence that Derek Chauvin, or the
person assuming that true/fake identity, is obviously a false flag crisis actor. I cite this example:
This logic is flawed. Numerous legitimate scenarios may explain why Chauvin’s neighbors thought
he was a realtor. It is common for police officers to not reveal their profession to neighbors and
loose associates as many are hostile towards this profession. It may also endanger a police
officer’s family and those who they live with if others know of their profession. Many police
officers hide their uniform in a zipped sports bag, place it in the trunk of their car and change at
work. Neighbors may have incorrect memory recall, or they may be crisis actors. And so on.

The second type of evidence that I debunk are popular folk lore facts that are blatantly incorrect.
Those who spread or passively believe such claims have probably not referred to public access
primary evidence. A popular myth is that the paramedics who attended to George Floyd are false
flag crisis actors as they are wearing brown police uniforms and weapon proof vests. I cite this
example, where Gita Smith (2020) corrects a video titled “Think You See it All” (Beckford, 2020).
The narrator's claim that the men in beige shirts placing Floyd on the gurney and into the ambulance
are police officers is wrong. Hennepin Emergency Management Services spokeswoman Carolyn Marinan
told Lead Stories, "The beige and brown uniforms worn by those who placed George Floyd in the
ambulance DO represent Hennepin EMS paramedics," and not police. The narrator concluded the men
were police officers because he saw protective vests. It is more and more the norm for EMS personnel
to wear tactical vests in a high-risk situation. EMS crews need protection while they go about the job of
saving lives, and with stabbings of EMTs on the rise inside ambulances, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, among
other cities, implemented wearing of vests for its first responders in 2018.

Paramedics shown in George Floyd event videos are wearing uniforms similar as those shown
above. This fact does not automatically prove that these medics were or were not crisis actors.

Research
This summary table may aid readers to objectively question all media and data sources.
Data principle Explanation and example
1. Bias Sources that are known or suspected to be influenced by a conflict-of-interest
should be ignored or analyzed with extreme caution.
Example: A preliminary coroner (autopsy) report, commissioned by the County
Sheriff, exonerates police officers accused of killing a suspect in police custody.
Free thinkers should aim to acquire a copy of an independent autopsy report, if
one is available. They should compare the results and aim to justify discrepancies.
2.
Errors
(accidental)
Data sources that are influenced by factual errors in content and opinions should
be ignored or analyzed with extreme caution.
Example: Freelance video makers who report the George Floyd case mistakenly
claim that “police arrived on the scene in just two minutes, which is suspicious”.
Free thinkers should consult a range of primary sources to quantify the accuracy
of the true response time. The 911 transcript and video footage are useful sources.
3. Falsities
(deliberate)
Data sources that are influenced by incorrect/fake content and opinions should be
ignored or analyzed with extreme caution.
A researcher issues a notice declaring that some material they presented about
the George Floyd event are fake and motivated by a desire to vilify police officers.
Free thinkers should consider the net benefits that may be gained from ignoring
all advice offered by that speaker. If a person admits to deceitful practices it may
be difficult to know what statements they made are true or false.
4. Misleading
Data sources that are influenced by misleading content should be ignored or
analyzed with extreme caution.
Example: A County Sheriff who discusses an autopsy report repeatedly highlights
the presence of multiple illegal narcotics in the toxicology analysis. She brings this
issue to the forefront of her press conference. The primary cause of death – human
intervention, is mentioned once, in a low voice tone, deep into the conference.
Free thinkers should consult the original source – the autopsy report, and freely
determine which factors they think hold more weight in the context of the core
research issues that they aim to analyze.

Investigation
I draw your attention to a 23-pages report coordinated by Winnie Heartstrong PhD as her rapid
response urgent project in June 2020. This report published by a distinguished scholar boldly
explores several yet to be officially proven theories that depart from narratives propagated by
Minneapolis State and County authorities and corporate news. Her visionary approach makes
explicit accusations. Winnie’s direct tone contrasts to this book’s cautious ‘ask questions’ style.
Dr Heartstrong claims that George Floyd is likely still alive.
Furthermore, images of the police officers are Deep Fakes –
computer generated composite images. You may access her
report in full in Annex 2 of this document. Winnie’s
testament illustrates how people who reject official
narratives include those with high-level content analysis
and critical thinking skills. She is one of numerous African
American and other public figures who calls for Americans
to stay calm and boycott violent protests and looting.

Daniels (2020)

Numerous commentators claim that Officers Chauvin and Tou Thao are not wearing the same
Minneapolis Police Department shield. Images below offer preliminary evidence. You may obtain
a better resolution by analyzing video footage online. Another claim is that Thao’s badge appears
to be painted onto his uniform via Computer Generated Imagery. Please check the video footage
direct to form your own opinion. Chauvin’s police shield remains crooked throughout the ordeal.

NBC News claims that this image of Officer Tou Thao was sourced via 17 years old witness
Darnella Frazier from Facebook. This writer cannot recall seeing these two men in any of the
videos uploaded online via mainstream media news such as CNN. Please visit this NBC website
to view the man with his arms folded in a higher resolution. There are more still scene images
publicly available than film footage. The reasons for this anomaly are not clear to this researcher.
This author has converted this full article to a PDF file while it is still available online. Any person

Another man, right, who is wearing no mask is seen in this separate source. These novel still
images, obtained via Google Images, reinforce the argument that the public may only view
selectively sequenced, director cut pictures and videos supplied by news media such as ABC.
These items beside the shield seem to be missing, altered, or placed in different locations in other
video stills. You may search Google Images to confirm this. There are multiple reasonable
explanations for this anomaly. Video and still images are grainy. They are therefore inconclusive.
Furthermore, Thao may have removed these items and shared them with a colleague.
How has the face of the male witness, standing in the middle, changed from the previous page?

Circuses
These words may provide an avenue of inquiry for those who aim to research the many ways in
which virtually all digital video evidence and other similar judicial evidence can be faked.
Body Doubles – Hiring an actor that looks near identical to the identity they assume.
Computer Generated Imagery – Using software to create fake motion picture images.
Deep Fakes – Phony computer images of speaking and moving people that look authentic.
Holograms – A movie projector feeds images into a video recording that makes the person seem
real, i.e , projected images portray this ghost image person as a fleshy, alive human.
Green Screen Room – Insertion of a fake background behind one or more actors/crisis actors.
Sequence Edits – Changing the true order of events in a video.
Consider this example of sequence editing. CCTV footage shows two events. Event 1 – Michael
punches Adam in the face twice. Event 2 – Adam punches Michael in the face 2 times, to defend
himself, to force Michael to cease assaulting him. A video editor can place Event 2 prior to Event
1 and claim that this is the original footage. This fake sequencing portrays Adam as the instigator.
Compartmentalization is a tool that deceives naïve participants into aiding in a crime without
knowing. Crisis actors may be hired as witnesses for a budget movie about a brutal arrest. They
do not know that the criminals managing this ‘movie’ are plotting to create a fake documentary
that they claim is a real-life violent arrest. This covert scheme aims to start nation-wide riots.

Zero
The number of civilians on video who were wearing masks on May 25, 2020 at the George Floyd
event. No pedestrians are seen half wearing a non fitted mask, for example, around their neck.

The mask discrepancy between civilians and city-controlled assets, employees, (see page 18) is
noteworthy. Please watch this video to view images in a higher resolution. This writer estimates
that all 45 or so civilians captured by public video footage are not wearing masks. On and around
May 25, 2020, around 95% of pedestrians wore masks on their face or neck (resting) in New York.
Note how the number of people in this shot,
which are visible from footage taken from a
different angle, is likewise a big fat zero. It is
possible that all these people arrived after
this footage shown on the left was taken. It
is also possible that these people were
herded away from their current location by
a police officer or another person.

Five
The number of persons captured by video cameras who wore a mask during the George Floyd
event. All five are city employees. The officer shown in the center of this video appears to wear
some sort of mask. The others are two paramedics and the driver of fire truck E17. The New York
Times video upload fades the image out of officer Lane in his mask at the precise moment that
he comes close to camera, supposedly in a mask. This is the best image you will see (left).
KSTP TV (2020)
What percentage of people were wearing masks in public
on or around May 25, 2020 in your neighborhood, and
other areas in America that you had visited? What
percentage of people are wearing masks in public at the
time you are reading this page? Can you find video footage
of other persons wearing a mask during the George Floyd
event? Does departmental policy and procedure require
paramedics to wear face masks? Why are the two police
officers wearing distinctly different masks?

Six +
George Floyd was a tall man. His height was in the tallest top 1% of America’s population. His
height is recorded as being between 6 feet 4 and 6 feet 7 in most mainstream news media.
George Floyd clearly towers over all police offers present during his arrest. This image is not
skewed by the angle. George is standing beside Police Officers Kueng and Lane.
The image on page 9 shows this scene from a different angle. It also shows that George is several
inches taller than most officers, as does most video footage listed on page 34 of ‘George Floyd
Vs. Derek Chauvin et al.’ – the second free book by this author in this trilogy (Jericho, 2020d).

What is the so-called ‘missing legs’ phenomenon that is widely discussed by media commentators?
Please watch this video at 22:10-22:13. Has George’s body sunken into this stretcher?

The number of minutes of footage that may be missing from news media composites concerning
the early stages of the George Floyd event. This video by C-Vine (2020) captures this issue.
The question “Why was George …entire time” is a popular issue raised among media researchers.
They explicitly mention this as a smoking gun that shows how this event was a staged false flag.
George Floyd and his companions had around 10 minutes to leave the scene after they were
confronted by two Cup Foods employees in their car. This author rejects the smoking gun
argument. For example, the owner of the car may have lost their keys on the street. Or whatever.
Video footage that shows how George exited vehicle 320 and was next laying on the street has
not been made public. It is not clear why this footage has apparently been deliberately concealed
from the public domain. This video footage must exist, as Cup Foods CCTV video captured this.

Seventeen
Question: Is the repetition of this interesting number mere coincidence or something else?
Number 17 is the most popular number cited by oligopoly corporate media assets concerning key
facts about the George Floyd case. The New York Times, shows number 17 five times – more than
any other number, in this 9 ½ minutes video below.

As reported by The New York Times, and other media outlets.
According to state records, this is the street address of Derek Chauvin. For ethical reasons, I have
concealed the street name and district. These are open-access public information. Double 17.
As reported by state-owned National Public Radio and a select number of other agencies.
It is possible and likely that mainstream media are reporting the facts as reported by official
agencies. This data may be entirely false, partially true or entirely accurate.

Why is this news agency recycling this same E17 image, days apart?

This Tweet was ostensibly sent at 11:17 am.

a replacement image feed that auto links to
changes in the feeder website.
Other trivial references to 17 exist. May keen
researchers root out these items.

May 25th was a national public holiday. It was observed in the State of Minnesota.
Some independent media researchers and commentators claim that a national public holiday
was strategically chosen for this event. More people are likely to be home watching television
news coverage on public holidays. Announcements and major events that occur on public
holidays supposedly have a more everlasting impact on the national psyche.

The date shown on the body camera footage publicly issued by the Minneapolis Police
Department is May 26, 2020. George died on May 25, 2020. The minutes shown in this image
(:12) are consistent with most evidence made available to the public. Cup Foods video camera is
supposedly about 20 minutes ahead of time. This anomaly is widely reported by researchers.
What is the reason for this discrepancy in dates? What is Greenwich Mean Time?

captures this data in Celsius. 17 Degrees Celsius equals circa 63 Degrees Fahrenheit. 28 Degrees
Celsius equals circa 82 Degrees Fahrenheit. Warm spring weather by Minnesota standards.
These video footage occur at around 8:00pm to 8:20 pm on May 25, 2020.
Do the people captured in the George Floyd Event videos seem to be wearing apparel that is
appropriate to a relatively warm spring evening? Please reflect on other images in this book, and
the hundreds of still and moving images available via
other sources.

Numerous media commentators claim that the
reference to 0.99, shown left in green, may be a
smoking gun that proves that this video footage
predates May 25, 2020 (e.g. C-Vine, 2020). This
author cannot find retail gas prices (e.g. diesel)
priced below USD1 during the past decade.
This display of price ‘99’ may be a computer display error. This 99 price may advertise another
product, or it may be another (e.g. higher) number. The images overleaf may aid researchers.
Petrol prices in America are quoted by the gallon in most cases. As at May 25, 2020, retail gasoline
prices were around USD 2.13 per gallon for regular octane fuel.
The national average price around May 25, 2020 was USD1.879 for regular gasoline.

This case study, number 99, may be a good example of how and why you should independently

The number of sixes painted on the bin in immediate proximity to where George Floyd was
allegedly murdered. Apparently. You need to check this bin on the street in person to be sure.
Jericho (2019)
This image below is an example of a source that makes this claim about number 666.

2006
This author has no reason to automatically believe that any information shared by three letter
agencies such as the Minneapolis Police Department, MPD, and corporate media is accurate or
shared in good faith. All such agencies have a history of harboring some rotten eggs. This author
does not automatically believe that officer Derek Chauvin, Service ID 1087, has been working for
the MPD since 2001. One way for researchers to part confirm this truth is to visit multiple
independent library archives that store paper/microfiche copies of newspapers published in
2006. Those based in Minnesota and Minneapolis are obvious choices. Derek Chauvin’s name
should appear in news stories dated late October 2006 and November/December 2006. He was
supposedly involved in the shooting of Wayne Reyes, who died on October 29, 2006.
In the security intelligences
world (e.g. CIA, FBI) digital
evidence such as the article
shown above, are low
quality evidence. It is very
easy for any web publisher
to draft an article in 2020
and place the date ‘2006’ on that story. Of course, all due respects to Wayne Reyes. RIP. Finding
a newspaper that names and shows Chauvin in 2006 does not automatically prove that this is the
same Chauvin shown in the George Floyd event. If the images seem to be a good match, based
on time lapse (aging), it is sufficient to accept this. Checking ear shapes is a universal test.

$522, 241
The amount of money raised for the 17 years old brave witness who captured and shared the
most compelling footage about the George Floyd event. This figure is at June 22, 2020.
This page does not show Darnella’s face. It also partially blanks out the facial image of a 17-years
old witness, a cashier, on page 15. This gesture shows respect for the privacy and mindsets of
minors who act as witnesses or in other roles at a traumatic event that has mass public exposure.
How much is sitting in your 401K?

A5
This author did not find a smoking gun that proves the George Floyd Event is a
false flag that fakes few or full facts. He only found a fishy Smith & Wesson five-barrel.
Virtually all false flag arguments cite evidence that is circumstantial or outright false. This book
aims to rectify these pervasive anomalies. It centers analysis around objective quantities
extracted from primary data evidence direct at their source, such as .gov websites. For what
they’re worth. Unmasking the five agent assets may hold the key to this felonious enigma.
This writer suspects that George’s gentle image may become a top tier icon in America’s history.
The Big G beams the brightest beacon over a Babylonian brotherhood of crooked klansmen who
stubbornly steer the ruling ranks of some of America’s constabularies. And maybe most.
This opinionated observation is merely fat gut instinct. A force that guides the ways that this
writer selects, edits, sequences, omits, and analyzes material in this book. In good faith, of course.

This volume concludes this author’s Deep State free book
series. The George Floyd event encapsulates most key
themes that are central to this collection. This includes
claims about the use of CGI and body doubles to stage
watershed false flags. May readers reflect on the claims
made in this series to draw their free willed conclusions.
Another number to spot in fake news are those that emphasize ‘300’. Numbers 3.00, 300, 30 000
and 300 000 are examples. These digits may trademark™ mafia hit jobs orchestrated by the
House of Windsor Crime Family and its Committee 300 stooges. You may notice the popularity
of this code in stories about war, economic collapse and human made ‘natural’ disaster fakery.
Annex 4 sends off this series on a high hope note. The House of Windsor bogus bloodline were
extracted from Buckingham Palace. Permanently. Don’t expect to read about it in fake news
nitwits like CNN and Snopes. Look for codes and covers. Like the Coronavirus. As in COVID1945.

I dedicate this report to the late Captain David Dorn who was killed in the City of St. Louis in
Missouri. His life was filled with service to our community and he went to his death striving to
protect the community from spiraling into disorder. I also dedicate this to the good people of St.
Louis. I look forward to making our city great again!

Summary
I write with a sense of urgency, yet I have a blessed assurance that truth will prevail in the case of
the death of Mr. George Perry Floyd at the hands of police officer Derek Chauvin. On May 31,
2020, I released a video message which urged black Americans to “stop being so emotional” and
other Americans to “stop feeling guilt-ridden” but, instead, ask questions. That video went viral in
the United States and Europe. I also received hundreds of messages from people in Austria,
Australia, Czech Republic, Ireland, Germany, Slovakia, South Africa, and Spain who agreed with
the premise of the message and began researching the facts of Mr. Floyd’s death. Ordinary
Americans and people of goodwill around the world dug deep into internet archives to find
information that might explain what happened to Floyd.
Before I present our findings, I will summarize the main points and conclusions of this report. In
summary, the evidence suggests that Mr. George Perry Floyd is dead. Mr. Floyd died in 2016 in
Texas. However, Mr. Stephen Jesse Jackson is very much alive as is Mr. Derek Chauvin.
Overwhelming evidence suggests that Mr. Jackson played the character of Mr. Floyd in the arrest
video. However, the person in the arrest video is neither Floyd nor Jackson but rather a digital
composite of both men using deep fake technology. Similarly, we theorize that officer Derek
Chauvin in the arrest video is also a composite. We conclude that no one in the video is really one
person but rather they are all digital composites of two or more real people to form completely
new digital persons using deepfake technology.
Today, on June 14, 2020, on behalf of “WE THE PEOPLE,” I present evidence that suggests that
Mr. Jackson and other actors participated in a videographic false flag event using deepfake
technology to stoke racial tensions between black and white Americans which reinvigorated the
flailing radical Black Lives Matter movement. The actions of these actors led to the death of actual
civilians and police officers throughout the United States and the world. It is my sincere hope that
the FBI will intervene to discover who the players are and hold them accountable for their actions.

Section III: George Floyd’s Death
Attorney Timothy D. Japhet represented the real George Floyd and served as his guardian
ad litem (GAL) in 2016 before he died in Corpus Christi, Texas. That George Floyd played college
football for Texas A&I in Kingsville before the school became part of the Texas A&M system.
Attorney Japhet revealed his association with Floyd in a now-deleted Facebook post:
Now is the time to get mad…Now is the time to approach your leaders and ask them how
much more before they stand up and fight for us. I have never mentioned anything but facts
witnessed with my own eyes. I saw the vacant tents set up around the hospitals for the sick
that never came. I watched as businesses closed to a hoax. I saw bodies removed from
homes because they were too afraid to go to the hospital because of quarantine. I saw our
leaders shred the constitution that elected them.
Now I saw a black man who I played college football against allegedly killed on camera
30 years later…but guess what…they messed up…that’s not the same guy. I remember
this guy and he died a few years ago right here in Corpus Christi.
I was his lawyer…Dumbasses can’t even pick a good fake dead guy.
Back when he played it was Texas A&I, it was the original junior college for kids who
couldn’t get into the major schools. This guy and Johnny Bailey played together. I play for
Abilene Christian University as a walk on. I was not good and didn’t last a few cuts each
year. My freshman year we played them in Abilene, Johnny Bailey single-handedly beat
us on two toss sweeps and a punt return. Sadly, he abruptly passed after a stellar year with
the Chicago Bears.
However, the name of the man they are using who died? He died here in Corpus Christi
three years ago. He did play for Texas A&I and he did live on the streets here and he did
die here. However, he didn’t die in Minnesota.
To top it off, I was his Court Appointed Guardian Ad Litem before he passed at Spohn
Memorial. …Before he died me and him talked about that game with Johnny Bailey and
Abilene Christian and Texas A&I in 1989.
So what I’m telling you is that the man they claim died in Minneapolis at the hands of the
police did not die there…that man died in Corpus Christi, TX in Christus Spohn Memorial
ICU with me as his Guardian Ad Litem and he is buried at the paupers cemetery in Flour
Bluff. His sister flew down here from Minnesota saying she was going to give him a proper
burial, but she never came back officially. Though since then that body could’ve been
removed. Nobody keeps too much of an account of the cemetery anyhow.
So now what are we gonna do about this?1

Attorney Japhet is a reliable source. In his Facebook post, he provided written testimony
of his client-attorney relationship with George Floyd as well as a personal witness to their
friendship in college. Japhet’s testimony matches with records of the real George Floyd – his
youth, life, and death. Japhet’s testimony was widely distributed across all social media platforms.2
Figure 1 below shows George Floyd as a tight end football player at Texas A&I as posted on
Japhet’s social media page. We call on Christus Spohn Memorial Hospital to aid the public’s
investigation of this case by confirming the death of the real George Floyd at their hospital in 2016.

Section IV: George Floyd’s Body
As Attorney Japhet suggested, George Floyd’s dead body could easier have been moved
from the pauper’s grave in Flour Bluff, Texas, and relocated to a different cemetery. While this
detail is completely speculative, what we know for sure is that the real George Floyd had a tattoo

across his chest while the actor who played George Floyd in the arrest video displayed a chest
without a tattoo. The real George Floyd’s tattoo is visible in a video of him on a pornography
website.3
Here is a side by side comparison of Floyd’s chest in the arrest video and Floyd’s chest
as displayed in a film.4

Additionally, observers noted that a portion of the arrest video of George Floyd shows him
without legs.5
In one of the many footages of Floyd’s arrest, he appears to have no legs as he is
put on a gurney to be taken to Hennepin County Medical Center (see figure 3 for a still frame from
that video). It would have been impossible for Floyd to suddenly lose his legs during the arrest
altercation. The discrepancy in the absence of legs can be explained by the probable use of a
mannequin during a certain portion of the arrest video production. In figure 2, Kris Wyrobek CEO
of 7-Sigma, a mannequin manufacturing company, poses with a mannequin produced by their

company for disaster training purposes. 7-Sigma has confirmed that they will leave Minneapolis
after their facility was burned down during city riots. It is quite possible that those scenes of Floyd
without legs included the use of a mannequin produced by 7-Sigma. Mr. Wyrobek should be
questioned about his possible involvement in this case.

Section V: George Floyd’s Autopsy
George Floyd’s autopsy determined that the cause of death was a homicide. The report
stated that he experienced a cardiopulmonary arrest while being restrained by the law enforcement
officer(s). The autopsy also showed intoxication, fentanyl, and recent methamphetamine use.
While we do not doubt the science of the medical examiner, we do question whose body was
examined and request that photographic evidence of that body be released to the public. It is

possible that a different corpse was presented for this autopsy since the real George Floyd died in
2016.
Another discrepancy in the autopsy report is the Minnesota address where George Floyd
supposedly lived. His address is listed as 3502 Glenhurst Ave St Louis Park, MN, 55416 yet there
is no evidence that anyone named George Floyd ever resided at this address. The address shows a
rental property listing attributed to Mr. Arsenio Jovannis Thunstrom who is the CEO of Conga
Corporation registered at 501 E Hennepin Avenue Minneapolis, MN, 55414. The rental properties
with these numbers (3500-3502) are all listed in Mr. Thunstrom’s name. There is no evidence that
George Floyd ever left Texas to begin a new life in Minnesota. Floyd’s last publicly listed address
is Houston, TX, 77004. Moreover, there is no evidence that any members of
the Floyd family live in Minnesota.6
Floyd’s autopsy lists the time of death at 9:25 PM on May 25, 2020 whereas he was picked
up during the daytime. So many questions arise from the observation of this time discrepancy.
Here are a few: what transpired between the morning hours and 9:25 PM when Floyd officially
died? What happened to Floyd inside the ambulance? Who conducted this first autopsy and what
time did this medical examiner receive the body? The resolution to this case may very well lie in
the answers to these questions.

Section VI: George Floyd’s Arrest
George Floyd, the actor, was supposedly arrested on May 25, 2020, after presenting a fake
$20 bill. Based on this dissection by graphic artist *John, Stephen Jackson and George Floyd are
not the same person, they are two different people. Yet John’s research leaves open the possibility
that Stephen Jackson played the role of George Floyd in the deepfake video of his arrest based on
two factors – physiognomy and body art.

images in the arrest video are not readily available. Hence, we urge the FBI to use the blueprint
displayed in figure 8 as a starting point for their investigation. Our educated guess of the situation
is that deepfake technology was used to superimpose Floyd’s face unto Jackson’s face to create a
fabricated moving image of a person who is neither Floyd nor Jackson. This newly created entity
operates seamlessly as one unit in the video of Floyd’s arrest and for the sake of this report can be
referred to as Mr. George-Stephen Floyd-Jackson.
Deepfakes are a growing and worrisome trend with serious implications for civic and
political life. According to a Forbes news article by Rob Toews published on May 25, 2020 (the
same day Floyd was arrested and died), deepfake is “an important and dangerous new phenomenon
in AI.”8
Toews further describes deepfake technology as something anyone can do:
Deepfake technology enables anyone with a computer and an Internet connection to
create realistic-looking photos and videos of people saying and doing things that they did
not actually say or do. A combination of the phrases “deep learning” and “fake”,
deepfakes first emerged on the Internet in late 2017, powered by an innovative new deep
learning method known as generative adversarial networks (GANs).9
Based on the timing of this article which coincides with the alleged date of Floyd’s death, Stephen
Jackson needs to be questioned about his role in the deepfake video released on May 25, 2020.
The ambiance of the arrest has also sparked speculation about what happened to George
Floyd. Minnesota’s Governor Tim Walz issued a stay-at-home order for the state on March 15,
2020; an order that set into motion the requirement for mandatory face coverings for private
citizens and public officials. In the arrest video date stamped for May 25, 2020, no one seems to
be adhering to these COVID-19 guidelines. No one is wearing face-covering of any kind – not the
police, not George Floyd, nor the passersby on the sidewalk. This simple fact is enough to question
the timeline of the shooting, editing, and release of this arrest video production.

Questions continue to swirl about officer Chauvin who supposedly murdered George Floyd
by kneeling on his neck for 8 minutes and 46 seconds. Most citizen observers aren’t convinced
that the Derek Chauvin in the booking photo, is the same person kneeling on George Floyd’s neck
in the arrest video. Online commentary on this particular discrepancy has been rampant with
@ShmitcoinJebus stating, “Don’t trust your own eyes. Same guys, both pics, because we say so.”10

Citizen investigators have suggested that the “officer Chauvin” who appears in the arrest video
bears a striking resemblance to the actor and comedian Benjamin Ray Bailey who features in Cash
Cab.11

As with the composite character Floyd-Jackson, it is possible that the
officer in the arrest is also a composite of Chauvin-Bailey. The Chauvin in the arrest video may
have been digitally altered to combine features from both Chauvin and Bailey.

Nevertheless, police officer Derek Chauvin remains a secondary character in this story as the
focus remains on whether or not George Floyd was killed on camera. Both Derek Chauvin and
Benjamin Bailey should be questioned about their knowledge and/or involvement in this case.
On a speculative note, there are many reasons why this false flag event was conducted at
this time. According to a CNN article by Veronica Stracqualursi on June 5, 2020, several
Republican county chairs questioned the timing and release of the deepfake video. Bexar County
Republican Chairwoman Cynthia Brehm shared on Facebook that Floyd's death was a “staged
event.” Her now-deleted Facebook post read in part: “I think there is at the very least the
“possibility,” that this was a filmed public execution of a black man by a white cop, with the
purpose of creating racial tensions,” “It’s to get Trump.”13
Regardless of the motive for the release
of the arrest video, the American people are not satisfied with the mainstream media narrative of
the events and have chosen to do their own research.
Section VII: George Floyd’s Previous Employment
Media reports revealed that George Floyd supposedly worked at El Nuevo Rodeo club
alongside former officer Derek Chauvin for seventeen years. However, as previously stated in
section three of this report, the real George Floyd died in 2016 and never established a life in
Minnesota. El Nuevo Rodeo club may have been introduced into the narrative for completely
different reasons. One of the reasons why El Nuevo Rodeo club might have been included in this
case is that the club is implicated in money laundering. Mainstream media repeatedly
interviewed Maya Santamaria and identified her as the former owner of the club.14
However,
public records reveal that she is not affiliated with El Nuevo Rodeo club ownership at all. Rather,
Omar Investments Inc. had owned El Nuevo Rodeo Cantina and night club since 1996. The
principal of Omar Investments Inc. is Muna Haj Sabri whose close relative, Basim Sabri, was

captured by the FBI in a sting operation.15
While it is plausible that officer Derek Chauvin
worked at El Neuvo Rodeo, it is highly unlikely that George Floyd ever worked there. It appears
the characters in this production are confused by their own plot and seem to go back and forth on
whether Chauvin and Floyd knew each other, and whether they had a history of conflict.16
The
Sabris are people of interest and should be questioned about what they know regarding the use of
deepfake technology.
Section VIII: George Floyd’s 2nd
Grade Teacher
Perhaps the most shocking mistake of the mainstream media has been the lack of vetting
of the character playing George Floyd’s second-grade teacher. Laura Isensee of Houston Public
Media, an affiliate of NPR and PBS, conducted an interview on June 9, 2020, with Floyd’s so-
called second-grade teacher. The teacher states that her name is Waynel Sexton and she remembers
an 8-year old boy who was inspired by the work and legacy of Thurgood Marshall. Sexton claims
to have taught at Frederick Douglass Elementary in Third Ward. She claimed to have a framed
copy of Floyd’s work where he dreamed of becoming a judge and wrote the following about it:
Future famous American. When I grow up, I want to be a Supreme Court Judge. When
people say, ‘Your Honor, he did rob the bank.’ I will say, ‘Be seated’ and if he doesn’t, I
will tell the guards to take him out and I will beat my hammer on the desk and everybody
will be quiet.17
Sexton was interviewed by other media outlets where she repeated the same story, yet no one
bothered to research her claims of being a schoolteacher or whether she is even a real person. A
search into public records reveals that there is no one named Waynel Sexton and there is no
evidence that this person taught grade school anywhere. Citizen investigators have pointed out that
the name Waynel Sexton is short for “Aynel Sex” or “Anal Sex” if you remove and replace some
letters. It would be totally funny if it were not completely ludicrous that many people around the

country have taken this woman’s testimony as an accurate description of Floyd. This woman needs
to be investigated and questioned about her participation in this false flag event. She just might
have knowledge of the use of deepfake technology to deceive the American people. Citizen
investigators have identified her as a key eyewitness in other false flag events.18

Section IX: George Floyd’s GoFundMe Fundraisers
Soon after his death on May 25, 2020, several GoFundMe fundraisers were set up for
George Floyd and his daughter. The fundraiser for his daughter raised about $2.1 million and it
lists Stewart Trial Attorneys as the person of contact along with Roxie Washington, the mother of
Floyd’s child.19
According to the fundraiser, Floyd’s daughter is named Gianna Floyd.
Incidentally, she shares the same name as late Kobe Bryant’s late daughter Gianna Bryant. The
official George Floyd memorial GoFundMe has raised $14 million and is organized by Floyd’s
brother, Philonise Floyd.20
Floyd’s younger sister Bridgett Floyd also launched a GoFundMe

campaign to cover travel expenses – this fundraiser has now been deactivated.21
When asked about
the allocation of resources raised from the official GoFundMe which President Obama shared to
his social media followers,22
the communication manager from the law firm that set up the fund,
Adner Marcelin of Ben Crump Law, confirmed to Business Insider:
Our office is contingency fee based so fees for our legal services derive for any recovery
obtained for the family (i.e. – the civil law suit). The funds raised here were transferred to
Mr. Floyd's brother, as stated clearly in the fundraiser. They will be distributed according
to his family's wishes.23
The family lawyer Ben Crump has become a nationally recognized civil rights attorney since he
represented Trayvon Martin’s family in 2012. He is also currently representing Ahmaud Arbery,
Breonna Taylor, and now George Floyd. Mr. Crump ought to be questioned about his
involvement with this and other false flag events.
The radical group Black Lives Matter (BLM) also used the occasion of Floyd’s death to
raise funds for their cause. BTA, a Korean-Pop music group helped BLM raise $1 million.24
BLM does not conduct fundraising activities on their own, they work with ActBlue Charities, “a
fundraising group that bankrolls Democratic and progressive political efforts across the
country.”25
ActBlue has refused to disclose how their recently raised funds have been spent.
Conclusion
The death of George Floyd in such a gruesome manner as viewed on camera sent shock
waves around the world. As quickly as the hysteria arose, there also arose speculation that the
moving images had been digitally edited, and that George Floyd was still alive. The many
inconsistencies in the arrest video of George Floyd led many to question the entire production
and call for more investigation. I claimed that what we watched was not real and challenged
America to prove to me that Floyd was dead. After pouring over evidence gathered from myriad

of sources, we conclude that George Floyd died years ago yet his likeness has been used in a
digital composite to create a completely distinct entity who is neither Floyd nor Jackson. In fact,
no one in the arrest video is really one person. They are all composites of two or more real
people.
Given the evidence outlined in this report, several questions come to mind. Could we
have witnessed the first use of deepfake technology as a tool of propaganda on American
citizens? What implication does deepfake technology have for other aspects of American civic
and political life? Is it possible to sustain the public life of a dead private citizen or public official
by using deepfake technology? Where else has this technology been undetected in its use? The
answers to these questions have serious implications for the future of our democratic republic.
Based on the evidence, we can deduce that the arrest video of George Floyd, the
characters, date of production, and death have all been fabricated. As a recap, here are the major
players as outlined in this report:
Stephen Jackson as Floyd-Jackson composite

The handlers of Charles’s body double executed the infamous Green Screen scheme. Green
garden images are easier to blend into Green Screen Room computer generated videos. The fake
backdrop is a video recording of a real garden that is not physically located behind this actor.
This video was recorded around 19 days prior. The number of views is about 6% of total
subscribers. This channel has likely purchased around 500,000 fake subscribers from subscriber
warehouse agencies, such as those that operate inside China and charge $1 per fake subscriber.

Charles Saxe-Coburg & Gotha body double
Most commentators are not fooled by this execution of the Green Screen scheme. This double’s
eyes are a different color to Charles Gotha. He is noticeably fatter and is wearing what numerous
commentators colloquially refer to as a ‘cheap Oxfam suit’. His voice, mannerisms, mouth, nose,
hairline, and other features are noticeable different to Charles Coburg. Please check yourself.
In this YouTube version, Sky News have strategically neutralized the comments section. The
number of thumbs down is indicative of the many people who are not fooled by this charade and
are peeved that they are denied the opportunity to place a comment below this fake video.
This video supposedly executes an exclusive interview with media minion Sky News. The House
of Windsor Crime Family are being slowly dismantled to avoid shocking Britain’s populace. Less
than 2% of viewers bothered to engage with this video via a thumbs up or thumbs down vote.
