• To listen and to mange your reputation.
• To make it even easier for potential patients to book an
appointment.

• To provide customer service.

Remember Social Media is about having conversations not making
statements.
Ask yourself – What do I want to achieve from my social media efforts. Set
Goals and measure.
Make sure the people you engage with on Social Media can become or
are existing patients.
Make sure the content you share is of some value or interest to your
target audience.
Always respond to comments and queries.
Network with other businesses and consider promoting businesses,
sports clubs, charities etc in your local area.
If you are on a Social Network like Facebook don’t keep it a secret. Tell
your existing patients you are there and why it may be beneficial for them
to like your page.
Schedule content and be consistent with your updates.
Download mobile apps on your smartphone so you can manage your
Social Media accounts on the go.
Consider Social Advertising to promote your Social Networking pages and
accounts.
