This new site is targeted exclusively towards commercial real estate. The site enables users to use the various social media tools as snap ins, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Google+ to help you have an all-in-one stop to promote you, your firm and your special HAVE or WANT posts each day along with your properties. The site vets all members and verifies whether or not you are a CCIM, SIOR, CPM or other designations. Licenses are checked and/or a verification is made as to whether or not you are active in commercial real estate. The goal is a single-source database of cre professionals in the industry.
