I would like to apply for the position available as I bring my vast previous working
experience and I am also looking for a company in which I can grow in.

service experience, a field in which I have worked in for over ten years
o I have experience working on SAP systems in various banks where I was
employed and also experience working with Microsoft Office. I am a fast

While doing my NSC at Alberton College I developed an interest for Sales and
Marketing in studying business management. Thus my passion for Sales and
Marketing began and this has given me the confidence to succeed where I worked in
the sales environment. I am naturally confident in my nature and this together with
my experience in the sales and marketing and customer service industry gave me the
drive to further my studies in Sales and Marketing and gives me job satisfaction

Job Title – Sales Admin Consultant
Period - 1 October 2002 to 1 June 2004
Job Responsibilities and Functions:
o Sales Consultant: Marketing personal loans to new clients, preparing credit
applications for approvals, target driven inbound and outbound sales calls.
Also did presentations at specific companies with their employees offering
personal loan facilities to the employees. Utilized Microsoft Office
(PowerPoint presentations etc) in both branch based and external sales
process.
3. o Admin Consultant: Processing and approving personal loan applications,
liaising with clients about loan application outcome and obtaining required
information, signing documentation for approved clients and assisting with
queries and admin in the branch using the Ablink and Exactas system,
o Got promoted to a travelling admin sales clerk assisting regional admin

o Contacting clients where their medical aids had short paid for blood tests,
explaining what test were done and how much the medical aid had paid and
what was outstanding, giving clients necessary codes for tests done and

required.

o Sales and marketing call centre agent taking orders from clients (Dulux internal
divisions and external clients such as Builders Warehouse etc) giving technical

sales targets to achieve, managing the documentation required for the distribution of
sales orders to clients, managing the deliveries from our distribution centre to the
clients and managing technical support for paint formulation

o Sales and Marketing Branch Consultant marketing personal loans, funeral policies
and credit cards both to walking clients, visiting companies to market the products to
employees and telephonic marketing. I had monthly targets and had to devise
marketing strategies for the branch in achieving the targets.
PERSONAL INTERESTS
I enjoy sports in my spare time and coach the soccer teams at my brother’s school,
North Riding Secondary School. I get great pleasure out of taking a bunch of kids,
getting them fit, teaching them discipline and how to work as a team and rely on
each other during their games.
Besides keeping me fit, this also will assist me with being a team player and
motivating people around in the business environment.
