4. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
KPI: Grading, counseling, to leave if performance stagnates.
Performance bonus.
They must develop strategy to function, manage and deliver.
Performance to be measured on the basis of assessment scale
devised for such organisations.
Employees’ Potential and performance appraisal; performance
management, evidence based performance appraisal.
Meritocracy: Education, Most reliable and convincing
investment. Developing, mentoring and harnessing Human
Resources for all round development: the Singaporean system
